On this September 5th, 2008 episode of Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? with Jeff Foxworthy, it's the second half of the two-hour season premiere and the new "classmate" contestant is the Georgia school superintendent, Kathy Cox. Remarkably, not only has she brought Jeff's permanent record (yes, they exist!), but she is competing to give the winnings she makes from this appearance to three special schools in Georgia. Can Kathy Cox prove that she is smarter than a 5th grader?
