A synonymous and distributional list of the species of the Lepidoptera of Turkey. Cent. ent. Stud., Memoirs 8: 1-487.
In this study, totally 5577 taxa of the Lepidoptera of Turkey are listed in 76 families (9 butterfly, 67 moth families). Synonymous names are arranged chronologically. Provinces and localities recorded in Turkey, as well as the world range of each species are given as codes. Additionally, 1841 genus group names, represented in Turkey, are arranged alphabetically. Some remarks are added to certain taxa. Related 3253 bibliographical items on the Lepidoptera of Turkey are also listed with some comments in alphabetical and chronological order.
