lost too soon, how one girl is honoring their memory. their is kevin tibbles. >> reporter: the 13-year-old is stitching some hopes back her life for ten months, madeline has been using her hands and heart to create a memorial quilt. >> what's the message behind your quilt >> it is a wonderful experience to be able to hear about who that person was, you can really see that person comes alive through the stories and squares. >> reporter: her mom worked on the memorial quilt in the 1980s. >> to be apart of both memorial is healing >> reporter: >> i am just glad that my daughter has had a chance to touch people's lives
