Arlington's Minuteman Bikeway could see renovations in the near future thanks to a new pedestrian and bicycle counter near the Swan Place intersection. The state Department of Transportation foot the bill recently for the installation of an automatic counter on the bikeway late last month. The counter will allow Arlington to count bikeway users and take other data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
