Solo singer, songwriter, and performer. Does most of his recording work alone (who can afford sidemen). Jack's dad (the ORIGINAL Jack Hunter) was a singer with the Elliot Lawrence Orchestra, and recorded for Columbia Records, among others. Jack's writing over the years has yielded a large number of songs, and only now are they being let out of the corral for distribution of any kind. A vocal cross between Don Henley and John Lennon (with a little Richie Furay thrown in), his styles range from country-rock to hard-edge rock and roll. Lyrically, his songs are about his view of the world around him, and his commentary can be somewhat cynical, yet usually right on target. At least he thinks so. See if you agree!.
