It's been a while since I made one of these kinds of videos. I wanted to buy an AV-to-HDMI converter to record my tapes with my capture card. I hope the wait is worth it.
This video contains the opening and closing to the original VHS release of "Delta Force 2: The Colombian Connection", a sequel to "The Delta Force" starring Chuck Norris.
The movie is dedicated to the memory of a few crew members who were killed in a helicopter crash during filming in the Philippines. It was the second time a fatal accident like this happened in one of Chuck Norris' films.
The movie was a box office bomb, grossing $6.6 million against a $16 million budget. It also received negative reviews from critics, who panned the lack of connection to the first film, as well as its story, acting, and similarities to the 1984 film "Missing In Action", which also starred Norris.
The movie now holds an 11% score on Rotten Tomatoes. Another sequel was released the following year exclusively on home video, titled "Delta Force 3: The Killing Game".
If you want to use this or my other videos (in part or in whole), that's fine with me. Just credit me, the link to the original post, or both.
"Delta Force 2: The Colombian Connection" is a property of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and The Cannon Group. Home video release is a property of Media Home Entertainment.
