Clara's "Rise of the Living Dead" trilogy concludes, with the distinctive cinematography, editing and use of sound effects, voice acting and music characteristic of the series. Like Clara's other movies, this episode in the "Rise of the Living Dead" series was made in the World of Warcraft MMO.-- HEL
"The apocalypse has arrived. The dead have risen to destroy the living and take control of Azeroth. There is only one being who has the ability to bring the world back from the brink.
General Tal leads a group of unlikely heroes into the depths of hell in an attempt to stop the rising evil at its source. Yet what they find waiting for them is beyond their darkest imaginings...
Meanwhile, Captain Bernandette charges into battle against a staggering number of undead who are entrenched in the ruins of Andorhal.
Is this how the World of Warcraft will end? Or can the dead be cast back into their graves forever?" -- Sleeping Dogs Productions website.

Last part of the best World of Warcraft Mecha on this site
Part three of RofLD is also, by some margin, the longest, aiming to bring together the dramatic and vivid events of the preceeding insallments to a worthy conclusion. For this we have a new director, although the redoubtable Clara is still involved. Something of a surprise is the tone of the opening sense, perhaps introduced as a means of providing some comic contrast after the darkness of the concluding part 2. Largely via a pre-credits sequence, this fresh tone eventually segues effectively back into the characteristic concerns and tones of the trilogy: dark suspense, vivid drama and larger than life fantasy drama. Ironically part 3 of RofLD is a shade less effective than the preceeding episode, despite a greatly expanded c40' running length. This is because of the climax, which needed a little opening out perhaps, and more exposition to be more dramatically effective, at least to the uninitiated like myself. That the principals from part 2 are dealt with relatively peremptorily (if memorably) also proves a slight disappointment. But overall the results are still admirable - colourful, dramatic, exciting and well directed. Save all three to your hard drive and burn them as a DVD feature, as you will surely want to watch them again as a unified piece of work. I did. The only other piece of work on this site with such dramatic cohesion - although a different type of Mecha achievement, is the feature BLOODSPELL.

Moving Beyond Azeroth
This flick is rich on atmosphere and drama, and was a surprising find in the world of WoW machinima. Full-force drama that leaves behind the cartoonish comedy of so many other Azeroth-themed machinima offerings. A fine piece of movie-making.

Creepy
Terrifying. I've never seen warcraft like this, but it would be interesting. It would lose the T rating though.

Wow.. just... wow. Daring to be Different.
Daring. Risque. Imaginative. Scary.
I felt frightened, sadden, edgy, uncomfortable, and finally hopeful during the screening.
There are many statements made about mankind, most are well disguised behind the fantasy/horror back drop of a video game.

Dark and Twisted
This is one of the most twisted and disturbing WoW movies I've seen (and one of my favorite.) There's a bunch of subtle references to cinematic horror lore. It's fun to pick out. From Rosemary's Baby to HellRaiser, even some more obscure references such as the Serpent and the Rainbow.
A must see if your a fan of the genre!
