Welcome to new St. Louis Park City Manager Kim Keller! Kim Keller was sworn in Monday, August 16, 2021, as city manager of the City of St. Louis Park. Keller brings with her 15 years of experience in local government. Prior to joining St. Louis Park, she served as the director of regulatory services for the City of Minneapolis. She held previous positions in Minneapolis as a results management program coordinator and a senior policy aide. She has a master of public and nonprofit administration from Metropolitan State University and a bachelor of social work from Saint Catherine University.
St. Louis Park operates under the council/manager form of government. An elected city council sets the policy and overall direction for the city. The city manager provides leadership, direction and guidance to all city departments and is accountable to the city council.
