Every year the Highland Arts Council promotes the art community of Highland, Illinois with Art in the Park. Here to share what we can expect at this year’s event are Lynnette Scheupbach and Peg Bellm-Carnley… Art in the Park is a two-day juried exhibit and sale of artwork by professional artists. It will be held on October 12th and 13th at Lindendale Park in Highland, Illinois. Nearly 60 artists will share their art and give demonstrations, while also competing for cash prizes in 11 categories. Art in the Park is free and open to the public and will feature live entertainment, food and drinks.
