7-15-2020 - update - some minor changes in the file and added a 3mf file that includes supports where needed and the setting for printing in PETG. Please use this file as it will make the supports VERY EASY to remove and the PETG setting gives a very nice print. If you find that very vigours use causes it to separate from the nozzle, put a small amount of polyurethane-based construction adhesive at each corner - no need to clamp.
My Ridgid vacuum nozzle scrapes the floor and is difficult to use but I like the size and shape. I added a small clip-on base that adds wheels and makes using the vacuum more efficient and enjoyable. Slide the printed part to the back of the nozzle and clip the front for a firm attachment. The back and front of the printed part are different (the front is very slightly rounded and is marked with a small ‘F’).
You will need 2, 608 wheel bearings. I suggest you make your own bearings with Thing:2598427 – the 5 ball design is the best.
