This is a wedding gift i designed and printed for my cousin, I decided to upload just as an inspiration for others who maybe want to do something similar. I've uploaded my files which probably are of no help what so ever, except you know someone that got married the exact same day and you're using the exact same frame. I assume everyone around here knows at least how to design something as simple as this.
Here is how I did it:
After I chose the frame I was going to use, I calculated the proportions of the grid and the letters. I then designed everything in fusion, sliced with slicer and printed on a prusa mk3. (All the lines are 1mm wide and evertyhing on the paper is 1mm in height)
The grid was printed directly onto the paper, and everything was carefully cleaned (strings removed etc.).
The letters were printed separately on a powdered steel sheet since I wanted to make use of the texture. I then glued every single letter onto the paper and positioned accordingly.
I colored the correct square red as can be seen in the picture. After the paint was dry, I glued the 29 and the heart onto the paper.
Only thing left to do was to put it into the frame.
Hope you enjoy making this, it took me approximately one day which isn't that long and I just think it makes a great and personal gift for friends, family members or your loved ones.
