but they are telling us this is a homicide investigation. and they are not looking for anyone right now. and more information is expected to be released this afternoon. we spoke to neighbors this morning who did not feel comfortable going on camera but did tell us off camera an extended family lived inside the home where the homicide took place. now this is the second homicide within two days here in concord. officers have made arrests in that homicide which took place at the concord shopping center on sunday. the department says the homicides are unrelated. reporting live in concord, jade hernandez, ktvu channel 2 news. >>> and this comes as jade said it's concord's second homicide in two days. a 20-year-old man was fatally stabbed in a concord parking lot outside a fast food restaurant on sunday. police say the 19-year-old stabbed richard in the heart during an argument at the shopping center sunday afternoon. he's being held in the contra costa county jail. >>> time now 4:32. four teenagers are under arrest this morning and one facing mur

using ropes and baskets firefighters went down the cliff and rescued the family. a helicopter air lifted them. no word on their condition. >>> a nevada man that is accused of killing four men this morning is supposed to appear in court this morning. he's accused of four cold case murders dating back to 1970s. the body of rock own was found along the road. naso struck again killing 42- year-old carmen in contra costa county. prosecutors say they will try also for all four murders. >> the allegation of that special circumstance makes naso eligible for the death penalty under california law. >> prosecutors say they saw evidence inside home during a probation search linking him to those killings he is being held without bail. we did talk to the family of one of the bay areas victims. oxen's body -- roxene's body was found and the family had given up hope of finding a suspect. >> i thought it was just shoved under the rug and forgotten. because we had never heard anything all these years. >> naso's arrest is also drawing attention in rochester,new york where he lived.

ktvu's tara moriarty joins us now from livermore to tell us what's going out to millions of homes and businesses. good morning, tara. >> reporter: well, pg&e is starting to send out letters to folks who live near high risk gas lines. and a portion of livermore ranks number two on the list. now we're in the downtown area, but about a mile from here on a southern outskirts of town is a pipeline in question. and anyone who lives within 2,000 feet of that area will be receiving something in the mailbox soon. now pg&e came under intense fire after the san bruno pipeline disaster last september. and after intense pressure from customers and legislators, it released its top 100 list of sections that needed inspected, repaired or replaced. the mailers which are being sent out over the next couple of weeks will offer advice on what to do if a person wants to learn a location of the pipelines or detect the rotten egg smell of a gas leak and hears hissing, whistling or roaring sounds coming from underground. the four criteria for getting on the list, the potential for  third party damage. like
