Contrasting levels of white pine blister rust infection (needle spots) on secondary needles between one-year old seedlings of two families of western white pine six months after September 2004 artificial inoculation at Dorena GRC in: [1] high spotting seedlings in family 14 vs. [2] very low spotting seedling in Family 22. Family 14 is a known high susceptible family; Family 22 is one of the highest resistant full-sib families tested to date.
