I'm interested in using the above title produced in 1947, which I found on this website, for a TV program and wondering if it is considered public domain.

If the copyright notice in the credits is invalid, then it is in the public domain. Otherwise, it would seem to be still under copyright.

One way for a copyright notice to be invalid is to lack the year. (That's what made the episodes of the TV show "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet" p.d.)
