Tybalt the Garden Gnome, by itech3dp. I split him so he can be printed with minimal supports, and twice the size if you print each half separately! I use Cura 3.6+ with Experimental>Tree Supports as this is the easiest supports to remove once dialed in. His nose, boots & the back of his hat need the support mainly. +=+=+=+=+=+=+ I did further splitting so you can actually print him in 4 different pieces, all oriented flat on the print bed, with no supports necessary. More time consuming?...

These are mounts to bolt on the ROPS cage so LED flood lights can be mounted. The holes for screw mounting are intended to fit 1.5" 6-32 machine screws with matching thread "Grip Fast" brand steel threaded inserts to be heat set in the mating holes on the second piece of the mount. Excess screw will then be cut off after screwing on a nylock style nut to ensure machine vibration doesn't back the machine screw out over time. Made this temp tower to find the optimal print temp for layer adhesion with PETG, but I added a stringing test tower in addition to the 3 boxes per layer. Each box is a different thickness, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm. This is to check wall strength per temp as well. Trying to solve the delamination issues I'm facing with my PETG on the Ender 5 Plus. Update: 7/25/19 Removed excess part. Made it more printer/material friendly, removed bulk, shortened the path for the wire to get to the blade, should make for easier loading & pulling. I modeled a DC switch that I needed to build a case for to fit in a project. This is to scale for most of the generic 12 volt toggle switches you find on Amazon and eBay. You'll know the one if you've seen them before. I just use it to build a case around for my projects, so the actual switch fits nicely in the finished print. You may need to scale it up by 1 or 2 percent for wiggle room, for final fit.

This is just a bolt, designed with a hole through the center, should be just the right size for 6.7 mm diameter double jacketed outdoor CAT 5E cable to go through, outer diameter should thread into a smooth 3/8" hole, printing in PET-G provides softer than metal threads, so they will grab the hole they're being twisted in to, but not deform the 3/8" hole. Heating the hole first should allow the threads to melt in & grab... This wasn't intended to make sense unless your name is...

I absolutely loved the work that Taran3D put in to the model, but I absolutely HATE supports... So I used 3D Builder in Windows 10 to split the model in half. It is the original size, but split horizontally. There is still a need for minor supports, but I would recommend using Cura 3.6+ and Experimental>Tree Supports. They are easier to remove & can typically reach very nicely in to crevices like the eye sockets from the limbs it creates, stemming from the base plate.
