Some cameras have not enough space between the 1/4 inch foot adapter and the HDMI connector. Here an adaptor that fits small cameras, like the Sony Cybershot. Testing an embossing technique to do miniature HO walls. The "holes" are cut with STL files. A door and a window(fenetre) are included. As the name says. This is a fast test if you get small horizontal hairs between poles. It will check the parameters that you change. Use a small raft (typically 5mm around the part). The poles are 0.6mm diameter, the full length is 30mm

For those iinterested in the structure of an STL file, I wrote a minimal file with 4 surfaces. If you look into the file, you will see the general structure of such a file: all triangles. To check result on my printer, I took only the hours units part of the gnomon. Very good result. Test it by holding with the hand. Took almost 3 hours to print. Now I have to find time to print the whole thing ;) In green, a test in resin on an Anycubic Photon. Took only 2 hours. A '2' figure can be seen thru the model.

Only cylindrical objects for the moment. Per diameter (3, 5, 8 and 10mm), you get six female diameters with DIAMETER tolerances of 0, 0.2,0.4,0.6, 0.8,1.0mm. The male part has the four diameters present.

Resized the original caravan STL of JPGO from N scale to HO scale with my "STLAdjuster" that you can find on Thingiverse. The picture shows a fast print in 0.3 mm. All other model train scales are available in the adjuster but beware that reduction can lead to thin (too thin ?) walls !
