A fully 3D printed RC jet boat. Requires a 9g servo, motor, ESC, receiver, and 2-3s lipo battery, along with some m3x12 bolts, some m3x6 set screws, some 3mm stainless steel shaft and a 3x10x4 sealed bearing. Please respect the license and don't distribute without credit, or use for commercial purposes. The main hull and mechanical parts can be printed in any material (I used PLA, and PETG for the impeller), but the seals and rubber washers must be printed in TPU or any other flexible filament.... Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnGf0Iq5ZXE This project was created in partnership with Engineering Apparel; they make STEM themed clothing that actually looks stylish! Check out their new RC themed designs created exclusively for the release of this project here: https://engineering-apparel.com/electronics/rc/ This boat is a replacement for the first 3DRC Jet Boat, redesigned from the ground up using a completely different design ethos - this time the hull is completely sealed and... A 18mm dia impeller for a 3mm shaft. I use mine for an experimental 3d printed jet boat (coming soon!) Hole for an m3 set screw, if required. Print at a slow speed and use cooling for best quality. Also useful as a small benchmark print to test for fine details and overhangs. Topics: RC_Boat, stl, propeller, impeller, thingiverse, R/C Vehicles, boat
A simple spool holder. I use it for my tevo tarantula. Easily holds a 1kg spool. Print lying flat with no supports for best quality. Topics: thingiverse, stl, filament, spool_holder, 3D Printer Accessories
A 3D printed mount for attaching a mini maglite (or other small torch) to a 31.8mm handlebar. Use M3 x 12 bolts to secure it. For best quality, print in the orientations in the picture, and enable supports. Topics: torch, thingiverse, bike, torch_mount, Mountain_Bike, stl, Sport & Outdoors, light
The latest 3DRC vehicle! It's a small, reasonably easy to print drift car with a realistic body. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7eIB1OpTlw More detailed S14 Zenki body available here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/zenki-s14-240sx-body-for-3drc-1-24-drift-car All parts (except tyres) can be printed in PLA. I used rigid.ink flexi PLA for the tyres but any flexible filament can be used. Printed in high quality rigid.ink filament - see their filament range and comparison here:... THE FIRST EASY TO PRINT RC BUGGY! Designed with low-end printers in mind. https://youtu.be/ZpdAvby5opg All parts (except tyres) can be printed in PLA or PETG with no heated bed. Update 22/04/18: tweaked diff housing parts to reduce friction. All printed in high quality rigid.ink filament - see their filament range and comparison here: https://rigid.ink/pages/filament-comparison-guide Features: Oversized drivetrain is brushless-compatible when printed in PETG. Drivetrain runs on ball bearings.... Topics: R/C Vehicles, thingiverse, RC_buggy, Car, stl, Remote_control, RC_car
