The Botanical Garden is located in V. Irnerio 42 and covers an area of about 2 hectares with a rectangular plan that reaches the ancient walls of Bologna. Inside there are four greenhouses, two tropical ones, one of which is semi-underground and two of succulent plants. A small greenhouse houses the collection of insectivorous plants.
