These are colored, by layer, Star Trek (the original series) logo ear savers. They are generated from a scan of the Star Fleet Technical Manual, then converted to SVG (Vectric) and then STL files (TinkerCad). They are set up to use a common configuration using the Multi-Material 2S but could be printed by swapping filaments at the layer changes on a single color printer. The color load pattern 1-5 is: blue, red, yellow, white, black but none of the prints uses all five, just three or four with...

This is a remix from: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/flexi-articulated-baby-yoda-the-child-from-the-mandalorian I added some layers on the front to make the white of the cloak show up better over the red. It's a sliced by layer color change with two greens, black, white, and red so that I could avoid having to paint it to have it look nice. You can swap colors manually if you don't have a machine that does it automatically.

These are colored, by layer, themed ear savers. They are a remix of many sources from Thingverse. They are set up to use the Multi-Material 2S but could be printed by swapping filaments at the layer changes on a single color printer. The Minnie Mouse ones were modified with TinkerCad to add the missing polka dots and can be printed in the classic or modern color scheme. The dragon was modified with MeshMixer and thinned in the slicer to make it usable.

I printed this with the color setup for my Covid mask straps so white and black are in positions 4 and 5 respectively. I split the print vertically using the Multi-Material 2S but it could be printed by swapping filaments at the layer change on a single color printer. I also scaled it so that it was 85 mm wide to match my Stormtrooper sign.

This is a colored, by layer, Stormtrooper themed ear saver. They are a remix of two sources from Thingverse and some original work. It is set up to use a common configuration with my other ear savers using the Multi-Material 2S but could be printed by swapping filaments at the layer changes on a single color printer. It will work with either of my color loads as white (4) and black (5) are in both color load patterns. It's configured to print two copies on the top half of the print bed leaving...

These are colored, by layer, Mandalorian themed ear savers. They are a remix of several sources and some original work. They are set up to use a common configuration using the Prusa Multi-Material 2S but could be printed by swapping filaments at the layer changes on a single color printer. The color load pattern 1-5 is close to my common configuration: green, unused, silver, white, black but both prints only use three colors. I made these end caps for the fence rail of a Rikon 14" bandsaw so it will hurt less when I keep bumping into the rail. For now it's made from PLA as it doesn't need the extra strength of PETG. After I bump into it a few times I may switch it over to TPU for more protection. It may work on other tools that also have a 25 mm fence rail. I set the slicer up to use variable height layers so that it prints slightly faster and with better quality in the curved area.

A hand-sized megaphone with rounded edges. The photos have some distortion to them but it's really a convenient size for a child or adult.

I modified the original file with Meshmixer to delete the keychain loop so that it could be a flex toy like Pascal from Tangled. While I uploaded and printed the file in TPU, it will print even easier in PLA if you change the settings appropriately. These are multi-color prints of a flower and butterfly to convert standard pushpins into functional decorations. The colors change by layer so manual filament swapping can be used instead of automatic. For the butterfly version, there is also a file to print them 10 or 20 at a time. These are remixes of: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/butterfly-push-pin https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/sakura-push-pin

Using the Multi-Material 2S I made a colored octopus from the Thingverse design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3495390 There are two versions of this octopus, one colored by segment and one colored by layer. There is also a lizard from the Thingverse design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3505006 It is only colored by segment and the colors are chosen so no two adjacent segments have the same color. The octopus colored by segment has been lost so I didn't take a picture of it.

I didn't use the original design because I wanted a standoff distance from the 608 bearing for the spinner. I used the Thingverse files from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3009552. The central part worked fine but the hole for the bearing had too much clearance for my taste. If I were to print it again I'd change the hole size so that it was a light press fit for the bearing. If you prefer to use glue to mount the bearing you could leave the hole as is or still shrink it slightly. The...

These are end caps that hold two track saw rails of the same length with the tops facing each other so you can store them more safely. The critical mating ends are protected from damage while still allowing the hanging hole to be used. They will also provide protection and hold them together in a storage bag. While I made them for Triton rails they should work for Makita and Festool as they all have the same profile. Because they separate the two rails using the rail locating features, the two...
