I modelled this Warren Truss arch suspension bridge from pictures. The overall bridge dimensions are to scale to suit a standard Ninco track section but the beams are not exactly to scale. I increased the cross-sectional thickness of the beams to allow for printing with a 0.4mm nozzle. Care must be taken when printing this model to ensure clean, sharp corners and edges. This is a very simple old school, 4 car, wooden structure, that is easy to print. Take your time when printing. It is important to achieve crisp edges in order to aid assembly. I modelled this control tower to add to my collection of buildings and structures for my Ninco slot track layout (currently under construction). I've made the walls of the control tower thin and the connecting components as lightweight and as possible to reduce the printing time and the amount of filament required for this 1:32 scale building. The tinted glass windows can be simulated by using very thin rigid plastic sheet glued in position

I modelled this simple face-brick building with a wooden roof deck as a viewing platform for spectators. The deck can be assembled with or without the corrugated roof. There are short corner posts included in the STL pack, if you choose not to use the corrugated roof. The taller corner posts must be used in conjunction with the corrugated roof.

I designed and 3D printed this hotend bracket and cooling fan duct to get a much better view of what was being printed. The fan duct was designed to be a neat fit on the heat sink fins, to avoid vibration. I also added a cover for the top of the Z-axis column. *WARNING !!* Remember to adjust your Z-axis micro switch UP to the next set of pre-drilled holes to avoid your nozzle ramming into your print bed when you do your bed leveling routine.

The legendary Ford Cosworth BDA 16v DOHC 1600cc released in 1969. I printed this at 1/64th scale as an addition to my growing collection of classic & historic motor racing engines. The inlet and exhaust manifolds are my own design based on photographs. Credit for modelling the engine goes to Midd (Grabcad). I prepared the files for 3D printing. Credit to USNSCPO for the original design. I altered the garage by making it full depth and adding windows and rear garage doors. I was very happy with the result. Fits together well and looks the BOMB !
