This is a customizable adapter between the wooden train track (BRIO) and DUPLO constructions. It's just a round plate with evenly distributed holes. The plate can be angled. E.g., it could be useful as a motor mount, to mount an electrical motor on an R/C airplane - select an angle to ensure motor torque is not changing the plane trim when switched on. But probably it can be used for other things. If you have an idea for extending the options to make it more useful, do let me know. I've tried to make something useful that's beautiful and customizable. This object could be used as a lampshade, but probably for other things too. I've extended my earlier parametric lamp shade to actually fit a nice old lamp where the cloche was broken. In particular, the *stand notch* parameter allows the bottom to be inward rounded so it can be fixed with screws or "clicked" into something. The parameters I've used are shown in the gallery.
