Another set of battery caps / holders. Although there are several examples of battery dispensers and holders out there, I decided to design my own - a very simple design. They simply stick on the batteries if printed with TPU or similar material The standard package size for batteries is four, but many devices need two, three, six or even only a single battery and to simply throw a replacement set into your bag when traveling I wanted a matching container to protect the batteries. I decided to...

This is a slight remix of my own [PC4-M10 Bowden tube lock](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4566395). I realised that with better accuracy of the printer (have a new CR-10V2 now) I had to reduce the tollerance/gap between inner and outher thread so that the tube will still be locked well when the cap is fully screwed on. The old version was simply to loose now. I have these connector locks in use now for several months and I'm very happy with them. The PTFE tube does not move anymore and the...

Another gadget for the kitchen: a stand for 4 wooden plates. The first version did its job, but was way to massive and printed 24h. The second version is significantly smaller, needs less than half the filament and holds the plates even better, because they "sink" into the base. So I could also make the trianle ribs even thinner. I also designed a basket type version, but my favorite is definitely the triangle version. The holders are designed for "standard" wooden...

I really liked the [Ender 3 Ball-Bearing Spool Holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3551666), but unfortunately id doesn't fit on my CTC CR-10S printer, because the holding arm doesn't have a round hole for mounting. Instead of printing a new holding arm made of plastic, I designed my own mounting sub that would into the special shape of the CR10 holding arm. All the other parts are direct copies fom the Ender 3 version - except for the little pipe wrench tool, which I created for easier...

I use the little Arctic Breeze USB Desk Fan for different purposes, e.g.also for keeping the 3D printer step motor underneath the extruder cool (very helpful to avoid warming up TPU filament making it even softer in the extruder, lowest fan speed more than enough). I like these little vents as they are sold for less than 10€, have a stable base, speed control and a bendable "goose neck" to direct the air stream. The only problem was that I placed the little vent between the control...

Replacement for Neudorff Composter Clamp. The original clamps for the composter are also made from plastic and obviously don't live forever. Replacement parts are surprisingly expensive, so I designed my own. It is not exactly the same shape, because I tried to make it a bit stronger and also printable without support. (must not print upright, but lying then) It is already in use for several month now and still looks good, although only made from PLA (PETG and ABS will surely work as well)

This is one of the smallest gadgets I've designed so far, but very useful. This little "mushroom" will keep the key in your door. Just push into key hole and turn 90 degrees. I provided two different versions, the standard one was fine for me, but depending on your handle plate you might need the slightly longer version Must be printed with soft filament like TPU

There are plenty of hooks for the outside of doors on Thingiverse as well in stores. But I couldn't find any that could be used on the inside of a normal door. After some tests with single-sided hooks for the inside, I finally created a double-sided one, which is a lot more stable. The doors can be closed with the hook on top of the door, and although the hook is rather thin on top it is quite strong, No problem to hang a heavy coat or similar. After the initial versions slightly bent when...

Initially I had problems printing flexible TPU filament on my CR-10S printer. It liked to ravel between extruder wheel and PTFE/Capricorn tube, especially after frequent retracts. The problem with soft filaments is that frequent back and force pulling will squeeze the filament making it more flat and wider, so that eventially it can not be pushed back into the PTFE tube and forms a clew. There are several solutions to mitigate that problem 1. control/reduce pressure of extruder wheel (this...

Gardena doesn't sell the nuts for their hose connectors separately, but after some years of usage some of them simply crack. There are several proposals for replacements in Thingivers, but I wantet one that looks more like the original (old design), including the knurl. The picture shows the a 1/2 inch hose conector with original cap/nut in grey and the replacements in white, printed in PETG (but PLA would probably okay as well. For a real replacement print in grey color:-) For those wou want...

I liked the the [Humidity Gauge Spool Bracket](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4640997) by LoboCNC, but it neither fit well for my hygrometers (had to scale it up to 103%) nor many of my spools which have a lot of different hole sizes. Therefore I designed my own variants of holding swirls for different type of spools - large (~ 83mm) fits spools with a larger hole on one side (e.g. Eryone, Janbex) - medium (~ 72mm) fits spools e.g. from Xingtong Zhi Lian - small (~ 53mm) many spools and also...

I realised that on my Creality CR-10S printer the PTFE Bowden tube started to move/slip with every retract. Exchanging the connecter didn't help very long. Then I tried the Bowden Tube Fix lock (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3040339), but actually I could sill see the Tube moving slightly. And the part was too big to be mounted on the print head side of the tube, where I definitely don't want to see any slippage. Therefore I designed my own tube lock with a bit more grip on the tube and...

One of my covers for the heaters broke after several years and I had to create a replacement. The original (see picture on blue carpet) is slightly bigger, but I scaled it down a bit because I didn't want it bigger than necessary. The rings around the pipes should be printed in TPU or any other rather soft filament, because they have to be "wrapped" around the pipe, which will probably not work with PLA. The pipe holes in the rings are not concentric on purpose to allow more flexible...

_*Important Info*_: When I initially uploaded all the different sizes on Dec 04, 2020, something went wrong with the bottom chamfer only leaving the little feet to fit into the stacking frame. So the initially uploaded baskets weren't really stackable ! (If you already printed, you can of course still use it at the lowest basket) I have uploaded all models on Dec 05, 2020 again, _*if you downloaded before that, please download again*_ ---- Yet another set of stackable containers. The hose of my good old wet-dry Bosch vacuum cleaner broke and even taping it didn't seem to last long. Replacement parts were surprisingly expensive so I decided to use an old spare hose of an standard Siemens vaccum cleaner. All I needed was an adapter for the different diameter (actually the original hose had different diameters on both ends, i.e. all nozzle parts for the thin end still fit well on the "wrong" hose). Both ends are slightly conic (the vacuum end on the outside, the...

In recent years I had to replace the filters in the automatic room ventilation several times, because the birds (exspecially coal and blue tits) like the filter material to build their nests and just "steal" it from the ventilation outlet (actually in the picture without grill you can still see a frazzle hanging) In order to stop them from doing so I created this grille, which can be mounted without any tools. Just snap it into the oval wholes the three clamps should hold it (I have...

To improve precision of my Creality CR-10S printer, I decided to attach belt tensioners. There are several proposals for DIY parts here on Thingiverse, but I thought a metal one would be more stable. So I ordered one especially advertised for the CR-10, but what I got was not the expected "one-armed bandid" (mount only on front side) as shown in online shop, but a symmetric gadget to be mounted on back and front side of x-axis. Unfortunately that is not possible on a CR-10(S), because...

There are virtually hundreds of designs for phone stands. So why yet another one? Well I liked the functionality of the simple ones but was looking for a slightly more elegant design. Furthermore the stand should be able to carry several different types of phones with or without protection cover/bumper. Many of the models I found were two narrow to allow cover (design was inspired by [this](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2737639) , but unfortunately that didn't fit phones with cover so I...
