Noah Green from Las Vegas, a thrill killer, who first shot and killed a sleeping homeless man, and two days later he targeted a man walking his dog, seriously wounding him, police announced. Police were able to locate Noah Green through camera footage, and when they did finally arrest him and search his phone they discovered the video evidence of committing a murder, and an attempted murder.
