Replacement clips for our aluminium collapsible camping table I only had one left that I could take dimensions from, but these seem to work very well so far Used Fusion 360 (Thanks to Lars for the youtube tutorials :) ) I used PLA 100% infill, I used support from the bed only The 4x end clips have "locating pegs" in the clips (our alloy poles were drilled to accept them) The mid clips are identical - but don't have the locating pegs They feel sturdy enough for the job whilst nicely...

Made these in F360 as I needed to try and identify which stepper and endstop was which on my DIY printer whilst trying to tidy the wiring Print at whatever layer height you fancy (I chose 0.2 as they are purely functional) I have printed them with the font vertically aligned and used supports everywhere I have just edited the STL's so they should open and print in the orientation I printed them in and also added all 4 together if your printer is OK with multiple prints I also added a blank one...

K989 diff mockup Not printed and not tested this was a request to try and model one couldn't be bothered to strip a car to do it - but had a pair of mini z diffs I cannot fit till my longer dogbones arrive - as the K989 diffs have longer drive cups measured a miniz diff for the body, and roughly measured the cups from a K989 whilst it was on the car (so plenty of scope for errors) I would not expect the gear to mesh at all - I struggled to get the measurements required and I doubt any of my...

Bolutek BLK-MD-BC04-B - RS232 to Bluetooth case Printed on my Ender 3 - using Cura Material PLA 0.15mm layer height No supports No extra bed adhesion Took just under 2 hours and came out great It's a good fit for my unit (I placed a little strip of double sided tape to hold board to bottom tray) Used 4 very small screws (stolen from my Trex 250 helicopter 'spares' box) to hold lid to base tray Have set it up as 3 files - Lid and base (Bolutek_rs232_to_Bluetooth.stl ) Just the base...

Creality Ender 3 twist in cable manager (should work for any 2020 extrusion) I needed something to keep the Octopi cabling neat and out of the moving parts on my Ender 3 Easy to fit - pop it in the channel and twist 90 degrees and then add the cables (no need to take end caps off and slide them in the rails only to find there is an allen head stopping you from having them exactly where you need them!)

Workstand for K989 I printed it and then glued some depron to both sides (UHU POR) and trimmed it back to the print makes it grippy enough to not let the stand slide all over the desk - and the car to stay on it - even when testing throttle/brake/steering

Battery tray to hold down a Turnigy 3s 2200 lipo I am sure that other makes of 2200 3s batterys will fit and I purposefully made the design a bit slack to allow for puffed cells Can always add thin foam pads I have printed off and built parts to make a water jet powered boat and needed something to keep the battery where I put it (the water jet boat is this one https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2872620 - brilliant design!) I have added some foam sticky pads to cushion the battery and used a...

Never misplace or loose the tools to your Adey Magnaclean again Screw this simple quick print next to the unit and always know where they are Apologies for the poor quality pic of the location I mounted it - not much room or light in there (Nice 1930's wallpaper just about hanging in there) Forgot I did this design a few years ago and meant to upload it to share- was only because I had a minor leak in the boiler cupboard that I remembered it Leak/weep fixed - design photo'd and uploaded...

I have remodelled the V-King X carriage to take the stock Creality hot end parts I am using a stock Ender 3 hot end and fans and using Luckyman's parts cooler / fan shroud ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2879538 ) I also strengthened up / beefed up the area where the belts attach as I printed this in PLA and wanted it as strong as possible without fears of it warping or stretching over time causing the belts to loosen off I have been running this for a while and it seems to be working fine...

If you need a stand for the KSGER hot air rework station wand and bought the little stand that Banggood sell, and don't want to drill into the case to fit it, and fancy something freestanding...then this may be of interest to you.... I have done this in 2 similar but different flavours a 2 piece stand (as shown in the actual photo's) (base with tray, mainstand and a sliding drawer - base is a fit to the stand but a drop of glue would be a wise precaution) and a one piece stand with integrated...
