This print's purpose is to give the X limit switch an end stop. Our Skip-Sense enabled RB3 and RBB3 printers already have a threaded hole on the X-Z rail, but the RB1 printers with a steel frames will need to have a hole drilled and tapped for an M4 bolt. The hole is in line with the rod connector on the other side. The rod connector can be used as a guide for locating the hole. If you use a 1/8" drill you can use an M4 bolt to self tap the hole. If printed with calibrated filament the...

The panel spacers are made for the largest printer, the RBB3, and clips between the front acrylic and the front bottom rail. We recommend using two spacers; one behind the LCD and one behind the ReliaBuild 3D logo. ---------- Part #3094 ---------- As with all our printer parts these are precision parts. For best results it is highly recommended that you use calibrated filament using the method found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1037301

This is an extruder-mounted X limit switch system for the ReliaBuild 3D printer (backwards compatible with the RB1, RBB printers). Also compatible with the dual extruder upgrade. It allows for the removal of the limit switch mount on the rear X carriage rod and the use of the shorter limit switch cable connected to the extruder PCB. The limit switch holder mounts on the extruder carriage with bolts that replace the rear left bearing mount bolts using M3 14mm bolts (same bolts used for the main...

This part cooling fan ducts has been modified to use bolts to secure the part cooling fans instead of the peg and friction fit of the previous versions. This is compatible with RB1, RB3 and RBB3 printers. To secure the fan to the duct, use either: 22mm M3 bolt (x1) and 3mm nut (x1), or 8mm M3 bolt (x1) and brass insert. ---------- Part #3302 ---------- As with all our printer parts, these are precision parts. No more accidentally shorting out your bed when leveling it by dropping the Allen key on the heated bed contacts! Though you can cover the contacts of the heated bed PCB with blue bed tape to protect them, here is a more permanent solution. Compatible with RB2, RB3, RBB3, and any Rigidbot that uses the upgraded 4E3D heated bed PCB. It pops on over the connection area around the locking cable socket and keeps things out from the top and the side and is designed not to warp from bed contact....

Compatible with all printers to protect the extruder cable and make it more stiff. Simply slide it over the extruder PCB from the front and use a zip-tie to tighten all the cables at the strain relief neck. This is the newest renditions, both extending the neck higher and having an impression for the zip-tie. The latter has a thru-hole for 3mm tubing that can be put between the extruder and your filament roll. ---------- Part #3306 ---------- As with all our printer parts these are precision...

This is a modified version of the 4E3D main board cover to accommodate the I2C expansion card for use with the Skip-Sense detection and correction system. It can be used on any printer using the new board and works in conjunction with the back-plate mounting and upgrade systems. The new board cover provides a location to secure the I2C expansion card to the front of the board. Two fiber washers (same as the ones used as the heated bed bolt washers) under the PCB at the location of each both are...
