I recently got hold of a couple of notebook batteries... ... So I needed a battery charge and test setup. I build a charger holder around my battery booklet thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4113164 This adds a piece for the TP4056 in front of the holder and some slots on the sides for the cables. I put 4 of them next to each other on an old ATX power supply. Also next to it two ZB2L3 modules also connected to the holders to discharge the batteries and measure the capacity.

I needed a holder for an 18650 battery, so I made this. It can be connected to the wires via 2x M3 dome-head screws (one at either end), or via tabs inserted at each end from the rear. The battery holder can be mounted via the 2 countersunk holes. I have just printed it with a 0.4mm nozzle with 50% infill to test the concept, and it works perfectly.

I am making a battery pack for my Mini Goose RC plane and this is a nice fit to have the weight as far forward as possible. at 100% scale 18650s without or with a thin coating fit, if it is a thicker covering or shrink wrapped then scale it 2-3% for a snug fit. Eg Tesla uncoated batteries fit the as is scaling but once they have clear shrink wrap on them then 102% is perfect.
