I've taken all the calibration prints out there and condensed them into one place. I have here: .5mm thin wall 20mm box 20mm hollow box 50mm tower perimeter width/t tester precision block overhang test oozebane test bridge test and more to come. All designs are my original work and not taken from other users. But they are inspired by other users. The 20mm box, thin wall, and 50mm tower are ideas from Spacexula's great calibration set http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2064, and the other ones are...

English This is an improved version of these holders . At that time I decided against this design, because the part for a 200x200mm pressure bed is very large and I could not imagine that it would fit on it. Now I know that it fits even if it's tight. The file is ready to print, scaling should not be necessary. I printed the holders with PLA. The tube is made of aluminium and has an outer diameter of 20mm. The screw holes are made for a diameter of 3 to 3.5mm, with the screw head it is meant to...

I noticed that normal 20mm Test cubes have "Sharp" edges, which seem to stick out a little bit when printed. When measuring the 20mm I could see that there was a small gap under the calipers on the flat areas that are supposed to be measured. You could sand the edges down to get a more accurate measurement, or just use my cube that has rounded edges.

I'm printing so many of these cubes testing new filaments, print beds, extruders, nozzles... so blank ones and ones with XYZ are nice for testing but fairly useless for anything else so I made a small change and added 1-6 markings on a 20mm cube so I can use them for a game (give them away to ppl to use for games).. they are not "balanced" of course and depending on your infill settings will prefer some numbers but still better then xyz ones :D **20181003 UPDATE:** trough comments...

This a a plate that I made up real quick because I was sick of 20mm boxes. 20mm boxes were just too small and cause sagging and all kinds of craziness. This also makes it easier to check if your Makerbot is printing the exact size it should be. Also useful for checking if your print bed is level. (I recommend using pencil springs to level it. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6558 details this) Also useful to see if your belts are properly tightened. It the circles don’t come out as...

UPDATE APRIL 2018 | I found that the issue is caused by the very cheap wheels. I fixed the problem by replacing the original wheels with some non-standard (a bit smaller) V-slot wheels using the original carriage. Unfortunately, those wheels are not on sale and I borrowed from a laser engraver, so you won't find them on AliExpress or other e-shop. You can buy some standard V-slot wheels, but because the diameter is larger you have to print a dedicated carriage or modify the original one (I...

Simple design Raspberry PI camera mount for the 20 MM extrusion rail of most budget 3D printers. Each part prints in ~1 hour or less. Depending on the desired configuration, needs: * 4 to 6 M3x8 screws, * one M3x20 screw, * 2 M3 T-nuts, * 3 to 5 M3 nuts, and * 4 to 7 M3 washers. * Plus some string or insulated wire to secure the camera to the swivel.
