Out of the box CR10 Max gave always issues at the end of the filament roll. Might be similar for other CR10 printers but I only have Max version so I do not know for sure. Creality firmware doesn't let you properly handle the switch. Tiny Machines firmware is much better, but still gives issues. On standard CR10 Max detector is very close to the extruder wheels. Had the bearings and tubing so I loaded up cad and made this real fast. You can use it with out bearings but I'd really pick some up. They are cheap. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FW18RQY You will need 2. The fitting is the large thread size version. Just screw it in tight. It will thread it's self. I pulled the bearings in to the swivel using washers and a 3mm cap head screws and a nut. You want these tight on the OD. Print the arm UP with out supports. It should print fine for you.

This is a modification of the EVA 2.4 Face Plate and Mosquito mount to allow using the VolcoMosq hotend with the standard EVA cooling ducts. I included a BLTouch spacer and a modified BLTouch mount. If you use a different type of probe, the offset from the standard part is 6.25mm.

This re-locates the extruder to the top of the frame of your 3d printer. Make sure your bowden tube is long enough or the z axis wont go all the way down. I printed mines in Sunlu pla and i havent ran into any issues (yet) but i think any material should work fine No recalibration should be needed since its just moving the extruder ontop of the frame

couldnt find a direct drive model that didnt use the original extruder or the microswiss hotend so i made one... not perfect yet ... a bit more to do.. its about 0.5mm off centre... used the lightweight part fan I'll find it and give credit for it uses microswiss all metal hotend generic dual gear extruder approx 28-29mm capricorn tube original part fan original stepper motor

I created this for the Biqu Hermit Crab on an Ender 5 Plus but it should work for other Ender 5 printers with a top mounted linear rail on the X Axis. You'll need 12mm M3 screws to mount it to the linear rail and flat head M3 screws to mount the crab to the bracket. I recommend nylon lock nuts since it will be shaken around a bit. This is a drilling jig to make new holes for your Creality extruder carriage to attach your H2 or H2O to. That was you don't have to deal with a plastic mounting situation. I made a direct extruder for Ender 3 max, it is designed for dual gear extruder. It is easy to install and it improves print quality. It has a hole for mounting it on the back plate, it fits an M5 bolt, this way you have to drill a hole in the back plate, so I just Glued it on With JB weld, this way it is more rigid and does not flex, It helps with material flow accuracy. This is a 1:1 scale model of the Ender 3 S1 Extruder. Ive designed it for reference so i can upgrade the part cooling fan duct as the stock one is garbage. When i get time i will design a new cooling duct along with upgrading the stock fans. In the meantime feel free to use this f3d file to create one yourself.

The stepper on my Orbiter extruder was getting a lot hotter than I like. I made this to cool it down. Uses standard 30mm fan (24 volt on ender 3 pro) This should be wired in to the hotend cooler fan. Not the part cooler. Update: v3 should be a better fit and not crack trying to install it over the motor. I added slots around the clips and opened up the clearance for the wires.

Prototype of BMG direct drive mounts for anet et5. I recommend using a pancake stepper motor like BMG 25mm nema17 and radiator because the motor is mounted in plastic instead of a metal carriage which transfers a lot of heat. Only for BLtouch yet. Some parts required glue to stick together. If front mounting points for the fan are not printed well you can glue on it mount repair. Holes for bltouch on the main mount are designed for m3 thread inserts.

Added M10 bowden push tube connector to the original for additional stability. I've printed with PETG, it was bit hard to get the angle right while screw the part in but very solid.

Designed using Fusion 360. This jig utilizes the blue PTFE cutter that comes with the PTFE tubing that is used on a variety of 3d printer extruders. This jig cuts 45 mm sections for use on a Qidi XMax 3d printer extruder. No supports or raft necessary.

I wanted a new extruder knob that matched the red/black theme I had on my printer. Being a Star Wars fan I figured this logo suited the need nicely. The knob I remixed from was slightly too small for my Ender 3 V2. I scaled it up to 102% which was perfect for me. I'm including both sizes in case one is too big / small for your needs. Remix of mmario0706s nice LGX mount for the VORON Stealthburner. The new X Carriage screwed on from the front, so mmario0706's design no longer fits. This is a remix of the Crtwin for ender 3 which is awesome. I edited it so the shround can be printed and mounted in one piece. Use the original Belt lock piece from BLV kit. New hotend from Creality sticks down farther than the existing one, so I made this up to at least get it close. I will say this though, on the max the angle is a little off but it's close enough to still be functional. Confirmed to work printers: Ender 3 Max

This is a modified extruder arm/base with a cable holder integrated for direct drive conversions. This is mainly for the Speed Drive conversions: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3816051 I had my doubts as to how long this would last, but I printed it in 100% infill and it has held up with lots of printing for the last 2 months so far. :)

This mount is intended for dual extruder Ender 3 Pro setups. While it is designed to allow the use of the original stepper mounting screws, I do suggest getting slightly longer screws as even though it's only 0.5mm thick, it will make them easier to strip out. This is especially true if your printer is not well calibrated and your low layer heights are inaccurate. This is the modified mount for the VORON Switchwire to mount it to a stock Vyper (no need for linear rail). You will need: 4x 16mm M3 2x 10mm M3 1x 4020 Blower Fan 24v (remove the stock 4010 fan)
