I was having trouble with my build plate sliding around during printing so I designed these stabilizer bars as wedges. So far it is working great. UPDATE... Eventually, my glass bed broke. The nozzle didn't get cleaned enough to detect the bed leveling washers. This is not normally a problem. However, I had recently replaced the bed mounted connection clip for the heater. I was having a problem with temperature detection failures during printing. I did not realize it was tight between the glass...

This is a modified version of tobeca endstop_z. The scad file use the open source files provided by Tobeca. This version does not require to be well fixed by screw (but I put some to avoid it to move anyway) and the switch is not in a grip but screwed. It uses this file: https://github.com/pyroboynroses/Tobeca2/blob/master/STL/SUPPORT_ENDTOP_Z_1.1.stl

This is connector for j-head Bowden and PTFE tube, replacement for popular pneumatic connector. - I think Devil Design ABS+ is the best material for it, - Without support, - slow, 20mm/s - Infill 50% - 3-4 perimeters - Use some oil drops on thread before tighten.

I have made this 2 Z Axes holder for more stability and lower vibrations on the Printer. It works very well for me. The Hole for the bearings are 22mm the deep are 8mm. Bearings are 608ZZ. On the side is a Hole for an M3 Screw to fix the 8mm Guide shaft. Using PLA. Feel free and test it yourself :D

Due to auto leveling not being a good enough substitute for manual leveling, some Printrbot owners (including me) have switched to manual leveling. After converting my printer I noticed that the belt was not perfectly straight and was pulling the bed down. These STLs fix this. Simply replace your stock Delrin blocks with these printed ones and pull the belt through the slots. I secured the belt with zip ties.

This is a fan guard for the Flashforge Creator Pro 2016 and a remix of the Flashforge Dreamer fan guard by ff8jake. This fan guard removes the need for the annoying tiny plastic spacers between the fan/screw and the original metal fan guard provided with the FFCP 2016, which does a poor job of protecting the fan. With this design it is not possible to poke the allen key/wrench for the fan guard screws into the outer part of the guard where the fan blades are, providing better protection for...

Parts for a scratch build 3d printer design. majority of the parts am planning on using like the 8 mm rods, steppers ans radial bearings where salvaged from an old industrial photocopying machine I got from the trash. an Up-cycling project. This first part is the bottom of the stepper side x carriage. the idea for the printer is an XY plotter and moving Z axis Bed Platform.

'connectet by shape' rather than '- - force' ² originaly it was desinged fro a selfprinted pulley³ on 2 HDD-bearings. i went back to the 4mm rimmed bearings, so i had to file .3mm of of the contact area. if you also need 8mm, but dont want to...

This small piece comes inbetween your extruder and the hotend and guides the filament properly into the hotend tube. It can help prevent the notorious [clicking issue](http://www.kodamaforums.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=401), which is caused by the *big* gap between the two parts. The filament tends to miss the entry of the hontend and is then stuck onto the edge of the tube. It also helps printing soft materials like TPE, which where unprintable for me since the material I used, tends...

These are simple C-shaped clips to slip over the end loops of GT2 timing belts. The usual zip ties are applied around the groove instead of to the belts directly. This keeps the belts flat instead of crunching them with the zip ties, and it can be used temporarily without ties during adjustment. Nothing special, just something I found convenient to use and it adds a bit of color decoration to my printer.

I switched some time ago away from the spool holders at the back of the printer, because they are high friction compared to having a spool holder that runs on skateboard bearings. That leaves these old spool holders hanging off the back of the printer. This thing allows you to remove the old holders and plug the gap where they attach to the Flashforge Creator Pro 2016, stopping dust/cold air etc getting into the back of your printer. It is push-fit and was designed to be printed with flexible...

The stepper motors on the Creality Ender 3 v2 3D printer are very quiet, which makes the cooling fans the loudest parts of the machine. If the user replaces the included fans with quieter alternatives, the printer will be almost silent during operation. This mount replaces the original filament blower with two diametrically opposed fans. The mount can be printed on the Ender 3 v2 as a single piece with standard quality and speed settings and support touching-buildplate. Fans can be mounted with...

I remixed jlguil's x-axis idler and motor mount design so I can fit 8mm threaded rods and 8mm nuts to drive the assembly in stead of the "¼ inch - 20 threaded rods" he is using in his original design. Main reason; The metric parts are just way easier to source here in the Netherlands... After printing I've succesfully test fitted the 8mm stuff. On a personal note, I'm not convinced that the anti-backlash setup is needed for a Z-axis though in this case it will help to keep everything...

The holes of the case fits on the original mainboard holes of the ANET A6. The GT mainboard is 10mm above the bottom of the case so there is place for a 3mm screw head. A spacer is not necessary. The holes for the GT2560 are 3,8x10mm, for the lid 2,8x15mm. On the lid can be a 80mm fan.

This is a fingersaver for a 50mm fan. Parametric file (solvespace, free oss) included in case your fan is slightly different. Pros: * Fingers are not eaten by fan * Fan blades do not contact heat sink * All sorts of things stop intersecting the high velocity fan blades Cons: * Fingernails no longer trimmed...

A simple clip to hold your LCD cable for the Prusa MK3S, this avoids jamming the cables into the aluminum extrusion. I found it under HomeCube, here is just this part so you don't have to download the whole enclosure. I've never liked jamming the LCD cables in the extrusion (Prusa MK3S build chapter 8, step 18). This clip avoids this and makes the cable routing more direct. PETG is recommended, but PLA+ worked for me. After printing two clips insert a screw into each one. I used two M3x14...
