One of the most common upgrades for the Ender 3 is a custom fan duct. I noticed that in a lot of videos, the reviewers said that it didn't make that much of a difference. So I designed a simple Test myself: Through the curvature of this model, the overhang gets slightly more steeper the higher it goes. I printed it in vase mode, so the seam doesn't influence it. I made this part as a torture test to test different settings in Cura 4.7. The sharp corners, curves and long distance shows all of the effects of the different Cura/printer settings. The settings I used for this print is the best I have used so far for PETG. To print the outer walls only, I used 0% infill and 0 top/bottom layers. This is a vertical arch/circle test, complementary to the overhang and bridging test. The larger the circle you print, the harder it will become as larger overhang angles must be handed for a longer time.

Since I have had my printer I have made and installed many upgrades designed by others as well as my self. I noticed my Xaxis was off when I installed my X stop switch. At this point, I put a tac in it. 6 Months Later..... I was printing larger footprint prints and eyeballing it was just not cutting it anymore. So here is my simple fix. 1. Use new Tape 2. find the CENTROID 3. print The CENTROID 4. Mesure offset 5. Adjust slicer. 6. Have a beer for a job well done.

All of the XYZ calibrators I could find were only 100mm in the X & Y and 50 - 100mm in the Z. I made it 145mm long so that it could be easily measured with my 150mm vernier callipers.
