Adapter to use 3M filters with AOSafety Threaded Respirator Built on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4245358 40MM NATO (RD40x1/7) to 3M™ Filter Adapter by AgapeIngenium Tight fit. Sanding will be needed at the zipper. In theory, this design will let you choose the orientation of the 3M filter relative to the respirator. In practice, mine was too tight for that adjustment

This is an adapter for 3M Respirator masks, for the input bayonet masks. They work pretty well. I'm putting this out there for anyone making filters, for hospitals or anything else. Notes from researching this: The 3M Respirator I have, it should be noted, does not filter the output, so please also put something over it, if there's any chance at all of spreading. All models are meant for fast printing. May still optimize more later. All use same filter size and filter cover that just snaps into place. Just cut filters to same size as the mounts. Place filter in place and press cover into place. Filter should be same size as the mount and no bigger. Cover should keep filter in place. I’m using a 3M Virus level home filter that I cut apart to make my own filters. Any valid filter can be used. Choose a cover that matches your compressed filter thickness....

ENG This is a remix of the 3M filter adapter for Easybreath Decathlon facial mask. I've improved it so when you attach your filter it doesn't break. One O-ring is needed, 30mm diameter. ITA Questo è l'adattatore per singolo filtro 3M, installabile sulla maschera facciale Easybreath della Decathlon, modificato dall'originale. Ho dato maggiore spessore all'interno in modo che non si rompa nel momento dell'innesto con il filtro. È necessario un O-Ring da 30mm di diametro.

Deigned a 3M respirator to Honeywell-North filter adapter for a local hospital. Have plenty of one respirator and plenty of another company's filter. This helps medical staff that interact with COVID-19 patients.
