On this battery holder there are two holes at each side to pass wires for connections. Additionally you will need to attach some conductive material at each side to solder the wires. I designed this with a minimalistic purpose so it would fit into a container barely larger than a AA battery. Print it horizontally so you will not need supports. Due to the curvature on the base. a raft may be useful to make sure it does not move.

Holds about 20 AA Batteries. Comes in two parts: Container and Lid. Must be arranged properly before printing. Fusion360 file included. The container is designed to print without supports. The lid needs supports. Sorry about that, but it´s only 3mm, so it´s not too bad.

I haven't seen this type of AA box so I thought I'd share. These were made for Uxcell 14x9mm (9x9 with tab) and 24x11mm spring plates. The plates fit into a channel and are a tight fit. I had to tap them in using a screwdriver as a hammer. I recommend checking the plate polarity before installing, as removing might be difficult. I also recommend, highly, soldering the wires on the single plates BEFORE installing as the box could melt. Even though the tab doesn't have a hole, I had no problem...

AA battery holder. as per file for 2 AA batteries but be increasing the Z by 50mm per battery it could be a 4,6,8 etc. One photo shows a tube for 4 AA. There are 2 end caps shown you must at least one End Cap on one end. The other end must be glued on but can be either the end cap or the blind end cap. The jumper in the blind end cap is made with 3 pieces of #14 wire. solder the short pieces to the long one leaving a gap at least as wide as the dimension separating the tubes

Remixed this holder to have cut-out slots on the side so you can see how many batteries you have left. Also added an AAA sized holder. all intended for 3mm wood. Inkscape SVG files colored for use with K40 whisperer.

Replacement legs for my Vizio E50-E3. I do not have original part, so I made it using caliper and photos from internet. vizio_e50_left_leg.stl and vizio_e50_right_leg.stl - full size models vizio_e50_left_leg1.stl +vizio_e50_left_leg2.stl = vizio_e50_left_leg.stl I just splited model for printing on compact 3D printer without supports. Same for vizio_e50_right_leg

Portaplias adicional para poder usar escornabot con pilas recargables. Si lo conectamos en serie con el portapilas original, conseguimos subir la tensión a 6 v. ( 5 pilas x 1,2 voltios= 6v) Además si usamos un cargador de pilas que cargue en serie, no tendremos que desmontar las baterías para cargarlas. I couldn't find a good AA holder, so I designed my own. This is sturdier than anything I've found. It's designed to use springs and terminals from salvaged equipment. I did have to epoxy the terminals in. Printed at .02mm layer thickness with 15% infill.

I was tired of having my rechargeable AA batteries roll around on my desk so I made this caddy to hold 8 batteries in a minimum of space. I printed two of these, a green caddy indicates charged batteries and a red caddy is for batteries needing charging.

Battery Holder =========== Just a basic AA battery holder. Simply wrap some solid wire through the holes and route wires to your favorite configuration. 1.5V 4X capacity (all parallel), 3.0V 2X capacity(2 series, 2 parallel), 4.5v (using 3 batteries in series) or 6v by connection the batteries all in series. I found a few others out there on Thingiverse but the ones I tries had issues that made them not print well so I designed this one in F360.

Lithium all the things! Just a quick 8AA to 3x14500 thing. I used paper clips, but springs or 9V clips would probably be better. Add foam to hold it in devices that can shake around because it's half the size.

I actually printed this on an industrial SLS printer, but I don't see why it couldn't be printed in FDM. I designed this for a completely 3D printed rover, but the enclosure could be used for anything. Has inserts for electrical connections and wire pathways. The cover fits a little loosely, but a little modification would make it fit snug. Work in progress.

Exercise in printing TPU so we could take a couple of spare Batteries down the beach in case our Electric whisk for the cold coffee runs out..Essential !! I printed these with a 0.6mm Nozzle at 212c , The cheaper TPU prints well at this Temperature as it is mostly intended for 3D Pens. I have used the more expensive TPU that everyone knows is terribly expensive for us Hobbyists but I can not afford to use it on this sort of project . Wanted a wall mountable battery dispenser. This one is just over 8" tall, 2 1/4" deep and holds 27 AA batteries. There are mounting holes (2 top/2 bottom) The slots allow you to see how many remain but are offset from the center line of the batteries to avoid any hang-ups

3x and 4x AA battery cases. 3x case provides 3.6V when used with 1.2V rechargeable batteries. 4x case provides 4.8V when used with 1.2V rechargeable batteries. Cut a 1mm diameter wire or paperclip down to size and bend it into the recessed paths to connect all the batteries. 3x case is a tight fit. Lay a ribbon under the batteries for easy removal.

I liked the original Stackable Battery Holders but they were missing one piece of information important to me: battery charge level. So I swapped battery size for self-generated simple icons that show "full" or "empty" as I store rechargeable AA (eneloops) in them. Note that this Remix only covers AA size, not all available sizes from the original (as I didn't need them).

Yes, another AA holder. My flash uses 4 batteries and often on a shoot I'll have 28 or 32 batteries with me. This holder has a built in selector switch so you can mark each batch of 4 to be 'OK' to use or 'X' don't use. This way, when I reach in my camera bag, I can tell if a batch is ready to go into my flash or not and the battieries that comes out of the flash can be set to 'X' so when I get home, I know exactly which needs a charge.

I've modified this design to fit m4 screws and nuts. By usign m4 screws and nuts you can use paperclips to make the connections. There is two versions: + Two AA batteries + Three AA batteries
