Anycubic's Mega X spool holder is simple to small for some of the filament spools. This simple extension makes it possible to use bigger spools without any issues. You only need longer screws, e.g.,M3x20.

##### Intro The motivation is simple - the printer does not have a separate X-axis tensioner. The design idea is simple and is based on the tensioners found in competitors. The proposed solution has two variants of the tensioner - for a flange bearing and a toothed pulley. ##### Assembly I ask you not to count it as an advertisement, but I used the following variations in my tests: [Mellow...

This remix makes the belt tensioner now suitable for the Anycubic Mega X, not only for the i3 Mega (S). Thanks to kulfuerst for his pre-work, he deserves the credits. First of all you will need to drill two 8 mm holes into the right sided steel casing next to the extruder. Dismount the extruder (cap with 3 screws, then 2 screws at the steel casing). The part "hole template" can be used for getting the correct positions. A center punch and predrilling makes things easier. After...

This is a bracket that will snap on to the top rails of the Mega X. it has a T-slot channel if you want to mount something up there, but I also added a screw boss on the front that takes an M3 nut from behind. This allowed me to mount my filament sensor up there for my direct-drive conversion. Designed with Fusion 360 (and tinkercad at the end just to throw on the screw boss)

I wanted to print my first print with ABS, and I went to put the roll on, and it wouldn't fit on the regular Roll support on my Mega X. For some reason, this roll had a 30mm inside hole (while everything else I've used was bigger). I designed this in Fusion360 and printed it in PLA, and it seems to be working well. I attached it with 2 M3x10 bolts and nuts (but if you wanted to, you could use thermo/press fit inserts, or design a hex hole for the nuts, I just haven't tried that yet). Tree...

### Important I must warn you, **I have not tested this** model as I do not have this extruder. **I drew it out just for fun**. Based on the layout, this should work without any problems with Hemera and Matrix extruders, but, alas, I cannot guarantee that there will be no problems. ##### Common The idea was to make the model as simple as possible and to print without support. ##### Assembly How it works in my head: After you print the part, you need to clean the holes for mounting the motor...

A selfmade Adapterplate for the Zimpure fume extractor. I made it with Tinkercad. This is my first design - doesn´t look perfect but works. I printed the Adapterplate and the Suction-Duct as extra parts. To Avoid problems with supports i cut the Suction-Duct in two pieces with Meshmixer before printing. The Adapterplate is mounted with two screws and zipties. The Suction-Duct was glued on with extrastrong superglue in the right position.

This is a ball bearing roller replacement for the filament holder on the "Anycubic" Mega X (assume S too). It replaces that piece of metal that comes with it. It uses the existing arm, you might even be able to re-use the existing M3 screws, however, the stock ones are a bit short. The holes are 20mm deep, so you can use longer screws if needed. This is just the base, I use the "roller" from this design, which is nice and easy to print and put together afterwards:...

I wasn't sure what of the currently available nozzle holders would fit my J head nozzles, so I designed one real quick. I have .2, .3, .4, .5, .6, .8 and 1.0mm nozzles, so that's what's on the board, but there's also a "blank row" stl if you want to combine to make your own sizes. The holes are "snug" but that's what I wanted. I use my 7mm nut driver and it lightly turns them in, but I can throw the thing in a drawer, and they won't fall out.

Pay attention, the design allow you to fit 81mm spool only if you put left and right in correct position, since they are designed to well fit each side of the stock support. You need also: x2 Bearings (608zz) 22x8x7mm. Print with supports with 0.2/0.25 mm z offset from model. If you printer is well calibrated in dimensions you don't need to scale. Total...

### Intro The motivation is simple enough - I would like to speed up printing at least a little and be able to use the LA from the relatively fresh marlin firmware. Simply put, get everything that direct execution gives. If you are reading this, you obviously understand what the benefits are. One of the main requirements, I set for myself, was to make the construction as simple as possible in print - without supports and overhangs. And lastly, keep approximately the same dimensions of the print...

I made this for my Anycubic Mega X because I wanted to use two fans to cool the stepper drivers (TMC2208). The fan ducts that people usually use are not ideal in my opinion because the small fans don't have enough pressure to push air through them efficiently. The ducts also limit airflow over the rest of the mainboard. With my fan bracket you can use two fans to cool all the stepper drivers and the mainboard also gets a bit of extra airflow. The fans will be hold in place by the printed bolts...

FIlament tube and cable holder for the Mega-X hot-end. This one fits the swept back metal bracket specific to the Mega-X. The notches above the holes are to zip-tie the mount in place, rather than screw it in. There are three mount holes. Took a different route and simply held the filament tube straight up to keep from drooping forward. I like aesthetics as well as function, so I made it pretty. Have fun.

I created this for a replacement fan for the MEAN WELL LRS-350-12 DC. The fan is the exact size as the stock one. Note: The power supply has a 60mm area specific to the fan, other components of the power supply limit the size of the fan. So, I used the Noctua NF-A6x25 FLX, Premium Quiet Fan, 3-Pin (60mm, Brown). which is 10mm thicker than the stock fan. I made this to house the thicker fan, without replacing the entire cover of the power supply. I made it so the fan bracket would sit on top of...

This is a modded hot end cover specifically for the Mega X. This fits as easily as possible with 100% stock parts. There is nothing fancy about this design, on purpose. The biggest change is that airflow has been redirected and modified compared to stock. The cooling fan for the hot end now exhausts out the front of the cover instead of on top of the part. This goes a long way to prevent warping by not super-cooling the part as the layers are put down. This also enables better layer adhesion...
