Here is my take on an effector for the Anycubic Predator running with Magballs. The effector is designed to allow two 5015 radial fans pushing air directly towards the part, without any airflow directing mechanism. I've milled the upper & lower plate from 5mm aluminium. Used CAD models: 5015 fan: https://grabcad.com/library/radial-cooling-5015-fan-50mm-dc12v-1 4040 fan: https://grabcad.com/library/40mm-dc-fan-1 Threaded heatsink:...

Hi as they send tools out with the printer i had to come up with a idea on where to keep them that would be easy access so in a bit of a rush i came up with this. So far has done well i have used the no tabs version as i added tabs at a later date as a remix of 2portUsbSwitch's tool holder. I hope will come of use to someone and HAPPY PRINTING!!

Work in Progress. The printed parts are now ready, well just about anyway. I will divide the parts into smaller groups..(done). The purpose is to route the wires more neatly and probably also the filament. For 13mm wire harness (outer diameter). Assemble: M4 Nuts 9 pcs. M4 Washers 10 pcs. Screws, M4x12 5 pcs, M4x16 4 pcs, 1 x M5x 38 + M5 nut & washer. + a couple of suitable springs. To frame: M5x12 4 pcs and M5 T Slot Nuts pcs. -Parts 1-3, no parts for rerouting the filament, only the wires...

This is a Pushrod fitting for the Anycubic Predator, it is stronger than the original one, that brokes me off in similar occasions. And its so difficult to get this piece without buying the entire Rod. So I decided to make one on my own. After the Print is done, you only have to put in a Brass Knurl Nut M4 in the Fitting Then cut out a Screw M4, that can fit in the Brass and in the original Fish eye. That´s it.

This is a slight modification to ThinkAndBuild / everyon987's excellent Tool Holder for the Anycubic Predator. This version extends the tops of the tool holder slightly and adds a couple of knobs on the back which hook into the screw holes in the frame, allowing the tool holder to be hung (and removed) easily. To save on filament and not to have to print a lot of supports I've put the knobs separately. Simply glue them (I used CA / superglue) into the provided notches in the back of the tool...

The spool holder arm on the Predator is nice and sturdy, but it isn't exactly low friction for the feeder. This little gadget is a small adapter to sit on top of the regular arm, and when fitted with some spare wheels or ball bearings provides really smooth feeding of filament. In my case I used a spare set of Predator wheels, but similar size ball bearings would work as well. In the absence of either, it would probably still be a significant upgrade to just print some wheels. As you can see, I...

Created a new holder for the flying extruder spings. Attached 2 springs to the printed plate and 1 spring to the front of the extruder. Used it with BMG aero, however it might be also work with other extruder types. Compared to the stock extruder holder, it is significantly lighter and centers the extruder over the hotend, thus the PTFE tube is mostly straight. Added the Fusion360 deign file for customization.

For led lights and other stuff like for example fan controller... and a step or two closer to full enclosure. The last adjustments to those parts have been made now, so they should fit just fine. (Corner pieces and filament holder to go along with them is on the do list). I'm going to move the power switch and probably also the card reader to it, so they are more "collected" in the front (right side),=C. C: at least MUSCCCM On/Off Rocker Switch fits the 3 cut outs (1.8cm x 1.15cm)....

Here is a quick replacement design for the feed insert on the Predator stock extruder. Updates 22/12/2020 just uploaded a less accurate (relaxed) version that is slightly smaller on the outside and larger on the inside. It may print better with less adjustments in your slicer. Removed the text, replaced the threaded holes with straight holes(threads that small on an FDM printer don't really work), corrected the hole spacing for and modified the stand offs for the Duet board so the can be printed correctly with up to a 1mm nozzle. Removing the text in particular significantly reduces the print time at least according to my slicer. The the hole spacing was off by about a mm which makes it harder to install, and I found the stand offs were too short if you print it with...

I really wanted to use the Filler filament spool holder for my Anycubic Predator but there was no compatible connector, so I made one. This connects directly to the vertical post that comes stock, replacing the attachment part -- same screws. And it holds it nice and secure. I hope someone else can use this -- it has made a big difference. There is actual friction marks on the stock thing I took off from the spool spinning on it -- that can't be great for my prints. This is smooooooth. Enjoy.

After stripping one rail using my fingers and anything I could find that would hit the right spot, I designed this tool to use. This tool will fit right inside the rail and hit the right contact points where the carriages hit. The two large holes are for your fingers to apply pressure with a towel under it. Smart Effector Mount for the Anycubic Predator. I printed in PLA at 0.1mm Layer Height and 50% infill. You can decide how many fans you want. It will fit both the V1.3 and V2 smart effector Update to V2 I've added nut slots to the converter plate as I was getting issues with threads stripping and arms becoming loose. I've also thickened up the ducts as I had a couple drop off. This has required a change to the fan adaptor plates which hold the ducts on. Basically, all the parts have changed....
