This is an adapter to put the larger N62 throttle body on your BMW M60 or M62. The stock adapter bolts on but the bore is too small, negating any benefit from the larger TB. I modelled and printed the threads on this, then heated the bolts up with a lighter before I screwed them in. Hopefully it holds up. If not, I'll have to do a revision with either thru-holes or threaded inserts. Printed in PETG with 3 outlines and 50% fill.

Camshaft Lock Tool for BMW - M50 and M52 Engines. I have added threads for standart bolts M10x1.5 - 20mm. long without the bolt head. And I've made cavities and holes to reinforce and save material. Everything is visible in the pictures. P.S. The big block prints with supports in the two big holes ONLY! As explained in the photos. The plate prints without supports. P.S.2 Maybe it works in M54 engines, but I am not sure.

This is a cover to replace the 12v point in the boot/trunk of an E91 ( check for other models similar) with a blank plate. For fitment insert widest plastic tap to top and tap/hammer upwards. Then support the plastic of car from behind and push/hammer in. Push down to seat and stop it falling out. Cleaning up of carpet and plastic edge of hole may be required.

I have added nut place on the handle. The nut is standart with thread M6x1. The bolt is awlso have thread M6x1 - 25mm. long without the bolt head. And I've made cavities and holes to reinforce and save material. I widened the handle a little bit to make it stronger. Everything is visible in the pictures. P.S. No supports needed at all.

This Mount is still in Testing. So far it´s working verry well, the only problem could be the sun. I painted it silver wich looks verry nice and should keep the part cooler in the sun. If you use different Materials, like ABS or temperature resistant PLA you could try other Colors. I can´t take any responsibility that the Part won´t brake. For the other side just mirror the part. Trunk floor support, used on BMW e36. This part has been improved with a different size than the original BMW part. The original BMW part has a diameter of 65mm. This is a slider for a rear sunshade on some German cars including BMW E38 E39 E46 E60 E65 E66 and some Mercedes Benz models. This part may need some sanding to fit, I have left the hole undersize to allow you to choose your own fastener solution, so you will need to drill it.

A BMW X20 connector mounting bracket to enable a bodyside X20 connector to be mounted elsewhere in an engine bay. I designed this for use with my E30 M50 swap so I could create a conversion cable between the E30 C101 engine connector and the E36 M50 X20 engine connector and mount it neatly in the engine bay.

My E39 Touring was missing one of the clips to hold in the plate bracket (plinth). The previous owner had used silicone to hold the panel on. Unable to live with this I contacted the dealership - who were unable to find the part in their system. Doubting their competence I checked realoem myself and actually couldn't find a part number. So I turned to Fusion360 and whipped these up. I've never designed anything before so please bear with me. I have made two revisions of this thing....

The mirror adjuster on my E39 stopped moving the mirror in left-right direction, however I could still hear the small motor working. After removing the mirror plate, I found a small plastic component broken. Of course you can't buy this part, only the whole assembly (the one where I marked the pins with red arrows) for 100 USD :). Based on the broken component, I copied the part and printed it. It works perfectly!! Please note that if you need this for up-down motion, you will need to mirror...

Small hand tool designed to help me set the chain slack on my F800GS easier. Designed for a 15mm tall chain plate, place tool on bottom of chain, then holding it in place it should hit the top of the tool opening with the top of the plate when within spec. Small bump scale for 35mm and 45mm spec. v4 is current
