Original AC relocation frame cost a lot, compared to the price and age of the car.But for a fraction of that price, you can print and install this "AC relocation frame" model. Made for and tested on LHD car. Frame model isn't free. PM me if you inetersted. Some clips and Caps for BMW E46 Touring for free. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iLDkzfAxrDA

Cupholder insert for the rear armrest of BMW E46. The backing is inserted under the leather. Use the backing to mark the location for your cuts. A single slit in the center "web" is also needed to get the backing into the armrest. Carve out the foam as needed to clear the cupholder. Insert the backing, insert the cupholder and use 6 wood screws to hold them together. The screws I used have 4mm outer thread.

Summary Designed and printed a sunroof handle for my e46 325xi because it was missing one. Found a single listing on eBay for a used one selling for $20 - um..no. hah. So I modeled one based on the pics - couple of prototypes later it was right. This friction fits, no gluing required, and is thin enough to allow the sunroof cover to fully retract when the glass opens all the way:) 2 STL files - one is blank, the other was for myself, it has the 325xi on it which i designed from scratch with...

Perfect fit UPDATE ADD 7 more hours in in the left hand one witch after final print when i took it to the car it did not fit, so i had to go back to modifying it now both Right and Left Hand drive fit perfectly. Sorry if anyone had trouble with it

This is a 3d printable connector that allows you to replace the rear amplifier in a E46 BMW Harman Kardon system. No need to cut off the connector or splice wires, just plug and go. The factory retention and eject system for the connector is retained. This connector also applies to other cars (BMW) with the same audio system. I used a dual row 0.1" pitch header with some pins removed for the electrical contacts. The header was soldered to a carrier PCB and the wiring was then fanned out to...

These are speaker adapter mounts for BMW E46 front doors. There is a mount for both the tweeter and woofer. The mounts are designed for a JL Audio C3-525 component set but I have included generic .stp files for the mounts to adapt the design for your speakers. The woofers are screwed into the printed adapter rings and then the factory mounting screws are used to fix them to the door card. The tweeters clip into the mount with a twist and are held with integrated springs. The tweeter mounts also...

The holes in my floormats for the stock pins wore out over the years and the original pins started slipping through. I also lost a few, and knowing that not every mat had all its pins kept scratching at my brain stem so I designed these. Just print how ever many you like and glue them together with superglue. Since this is a simple part print settings shouldnt matter that much. Have fun!

Do you have an CD53 BMW with a radio that has a broken volume knob? This is a part to fix that. The CD53 radio has a volume knob that you push to power on/off the radio. It seems common for this to get broken with too hard a push and you will no longer be able to turn the radio on or off. The cause is the white plastic support for the knob encoder that breaks where the knob back screws in. The part is a duplicate of the factory one with stronger bosses where the screws thread into the plastic....

This thing can fix the problem with part nr. 54 13 8 246 027 Instead of buying the "kinda expensive" set for sunroof fix, i have decided to print the broken piece and fix it on my own. Not perfect, without rubber ends, but it somehow fixes the problem with sunroof sliding of the rails. Use PET or ABS because of high temperature exposure. I just used the broken part, got rid of all the plastic part with pliers and replaced it with this print. Test fit it and before use, add a drop of...

When I bought a E46 Compact it had broken rear shelf retaining clip. So whenever I opened the trunk the shelf would hang randomly in the air. Also it made closing the trunk hard, as it jammed between the trunk lid and the body of the car. So I decided to make a model of the broken shelf clip, that came with the car. It may need some sanding or filing to achieve a better fitment in the shelf steel tube.

+ Repair part for windows regulator on bmw e46 and e53. + Original part costs 5,20€ or 10 min 3d printing. + 10 NM stable. + No rust. - Need a screw-thread tool to add M6 thread. Please be sure to use a high temperature resistant filament or try annealing for PLA. PLA isn´t stable enough to resist summer sunshine. One of printed parts at my car was broken by very hot weather.

The carpeted panel on the interior of the E46 touring hatch is tricky to remove, and often the retaining clips are broken. I have created these two clips which can be epoxied in place to return normal function. In order to use them, completely cut the broken part of the clips out as shown in the photo then, use an epoxy like JB Weld liberally - the holes provide a mechanical bond for the epoxy. Note there are a right and a left. I did not create the center clip.

This is something I designed for the headlights on my car. I wanted to convert to xenon so I bought projector inserts whose clips didn't hold the bulbs very well. I haven't figured out how to seal them yet but they seem to hold. I printed it oriented as it is, manually supported the 'wings' as they are slightly higher than the 'pressure' face.

When upgrading to a higher flow pump (e.g., Walbro, TRE, etc.), or simply replacing the expensive stock pump with any of the myriad of cheap alternatives, you'll likely need a spacing sleeve to adapt the stock pump carrier to the smaller diameter universal pumps and locate it at the proper height. There are several machined aluminum parts available online, but they're quite expensive for what they are (enough to buy 2-3 spools of nylon filament). 3D printing to the rescue! This sleeve should...

Jack stand pad for BMW (E46) The thing I made 2 years ago had broken, added some improvement and remade it. Dividing the upper part and the lower part, it is possible to make the thing easily, strong, and beautiful . Printing the lower part in the direction such as the photo, it prevent to break easily. Please glue two parts together by acetone etc. It is good for modeling the lower part to fit your own jack stand. (My jack stand: EMERSON EM-25) https://jibundeyarou.com/umablock2/

The mirror adjuster on my E39 stopped moving the mirror in left-right direction, however I could still hear the small motor working. After removing the mirror plate, I found a small plastic component broken. Of course you can't buy this part, only the whole assembly (the one where I marked the pins with red arrows) for 100 USD :). Based on the broken component, I copied the part and printed it. It works perfectly!! Please note that if you need this for up-down motion, you will need to mirror...
