Continuing to improve the dust collection in my shop, I made a simple adapter to connect my Makita BO5041 orbital sander to my dust collector hose. This is the third iteration, I gave it longer neck sections so it securely slips onto the sander and the 1.25" hose. It works great, I can even lift and drag the sander around by the hose! I printed it in TPU so it would have a little "give" while I was sanding. 225 C hotend, 60 C bed 35mm/s speed No support needed Here's the other...

This fitting adapts the Makita 192108-A 3/4" vacuum hose to 2 1/2" shop vac fittings. The hose fits Makita power tools such as their sanders and plate joiner, Probably others as well, check their website for details. I've included my .f3d file in case you wish to tweak the size Next step will be to wrap the hose in 1" expandable braid so the ridges won't drag on the edges of boards when I work on them.
