I was looking for an easy-to-print and easy-to-assemble face shield. Many thanks to HanochH for his great design. I added some breathing holes and stabilizers. Now you can assemble a ribbon without a knot. I used 200 micron (0.2mm) PVC binding covers. Please read the instructions from HanochH (you need to download his project to see the .pdf)

My parameters are : - layer 0.4 - nozzle 0.6 - speed 60 mm/s Material depend on the final usage (upon authorization) PLA/PETG, etc... This is a remix of an already successful design but with some added comfort and protection for the user. The added protection is in the frame itself extending the filled area to the arms (not fully but the more the better i suppose). Corona face shield suitable for smaller printers 150 x 150 or larger Use 240 micron clear plastic or acetate, hole punched in centre of long side with standard 2 hole punch. This was designed for use with any kind of elastic, does not need difficult to get button hole elastic. Preferably 3/4 inch 18mm Bra strap elastic. Also designed for quick print.

Modded a popular design so it does not require cutting the transparent paper whatsoever (no laser cutting, no drilling holes). Takes an A4 or letter sized transparent paper horizontally. Comes with two clips to secure the transparent sheet to the headband. Tested with 10-mil (0.254mm) sheets.One headband fits on a 200x200 bed. Takes ~30min to print with 0.4mm nozzle at 0.32mm layer height and 30% infill, two perimeters. If you are using a lager nozzle the gaps in the clips may be smaller, but...
