This is a Remix from a already made from the Prusa__i3_DIY_-_Z_Axis_Bracket_Reprap_CTC (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1694197) from : Fugazi123 and the Anet A8 Bowden Extruder Mount (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2146021) from: Brogz007 All I did was to combine this 2 excellent upgrades to make the Prusa i3 Clone (eBay) a better 3D printer. I have found that ...Because the cheap motors... I took off weight from the extruder by adding the Bowden extruder itself and separating the motor...

Thing is with that CTC that the arms are somewhat weak and instead adjusting the spring loaded heatbed the arms are bending somewhat.... I needed a new sled for my Titan Aero. And could not find any fitting my needs. So here it is, including fw file and fff profile for s3d Its setup for 1.8 step motor, if your running original e3d 0.9 degree you need to double the steps. In the future there will be a print cooling fan. If you like me design, please donate my next cup of coffee https://www.paypal.me/rcmn

Internal fan replacement, does not need new bolts or extra holes. The only thing you need to get is a 24v blower fan called 7030. https://www.walmart.com/ip/DC-24V-Brushless-Turbine-Cooling-Blower-Fan-Black-7030-70x30mm/48376946 This is supposed to cool the stepper HAT’s on the mighty board. The original is a 40mm fan that screams like a banshee. Some say you don’t even need cooling here but whatever here you go, if you think you do need it this is the best way to keep the noise down with...

This is the case for the MightyBoard LCD 2004 Controller Module Board. If you replace your CTC MightyBoard with a Geeetech New Open Source 3D Printer Control Board, you will have to pull the LCD controller that came with the CTC and replace it with this one instead. The old controller is not compatible with the Geeetech New Open Source 3D Printer Control Board.

This is a hotend/extruder mount for the CTC i3 Pro B 3D printer. It is designed to use the stock extruder with a E3D V6 hotend clone (I have not tried it with a genuine E3D V6). The filament path is 4mm wide to accommodate the PTFE liner that goes in to the hotend.

After trying in vain to get the Z axis at 90 degrees to the Y in my bot I had to tinker then redesign a set of Z axis guide supports that let me fine tune the angles to get it to 90 degrees from the 88 degrees that my bot seemed to be built at.. That 2 degrees difference seems to be just enough out of true to cause me some strange printing results. Here are 4 different sets of mounts that can be printed that may help somebody set there bot up just a little better if they have a small digital...

So i initially replaced the noisy fan after approximately 7 years of ownership with one I had spare but it did not provide sufficient airflow in comparison to the one I removed. This led to stringy underextrusion that was intermittent between layers. It appears the stepper drivers were cutting in and out due to high temps. I then replaced the fan with a Noctua 40x40x10 (AF-40x10 FLX. As this is a 12V fan, i used a LM2596 DC-DC Buck Converter to reduce the 24V to 12V. I mounted this up and the...

This is a re-mix of [this thing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:650802), but with two changes: 1) shortened to 18.5mm to fit my printer, as the original was 22mm. 2) Added a belt tensioner. Fits my CTC Dual, but should also fit Flashforge and perhaps other 'fakerbot' machines. Required additional hardware: * "16 Tooth" Smooth GT2 idler pulley with 3mm bore ([Amazon link](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07K8DMDF1)) * 4mm round spring - about 20mm long (Mine came out of a spring...

I loved the design by MacNite, but wanted to show off those beautiful E3D heatsinks! So I took his design and re-mixed it so that the fans would mount on the back and the E3D heatsinks would be shown in all their glory... Note that even with my changes, the mount can still be mounted the way that MacNite designed it - it's really your choice. ;-) I also made the following improvements: * Modified the mount so that both hotends are adjustable about 2mm in total, making leveling quite a bit...

Yet another CTC is fan duct, I was unhappy with all the generic fan ducts for the CTC i3 printer and needed/wanted a fan duct that enclosed the print nozzle and cooled the filament faster. I based my design off the other CTC i3 fan ducts but added a ring around the head. This thing is a work in progress, i am currently working on reinforcing the funnel to the print nozzle and moving the air outlet for the extruder further up. Please let me know if you have any requests for this make or if you...

I designed these corner joints to put together the hood of my CTC 3D printer. I didn't draw holes in them because the size depends on the diameter of the bolts you are using. You have to drill them as you drill the perspex sheets. If you want to do it like me, you need to print 5 90°joints (joint.stl), 8 small 90°joints (jointsmall.stl) and 2 120°joints, (jointangle.stl). The back of the hood is fixed on the printer, the rest is removable. The size to cut the perspex sheets are specified in...

This i s a remix of tom666s MK8 Extruder Upgrade (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2203796/) I really liked that upgrade, this was one of the first things i had to print and used it until wanted to print flexible material. The extruder gear just rolled the filament up and inside. Its basically the same as the original. The filament guide is just a bit higher (and the mount for the spring is a little smaler). Instructions and the lever can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2203796/
