The New Year brings change to the Coon Rapids City Council. On Monday night, Pat Carlson took the oath of office for the At-Large City Council seat. But he's not the only new face. Kari Rehrauer was sworn in to represent the citizens of Ward Two. Two returning Council members also took the oath of office: Brad Greskowiak in Ward One and Jennifer Geisler in Ward Four. Organizers of the PGA Tour event plan to ask state officials to allow up to 10-thousand people per day to attend the tournament at the TPC which takes place July 23-26.
