This is a remix of the toolholder for the Chiron. The difference is that this one does not require the use of any screws and simply snaps into place on the printer frame. Supports touching buildplate should be used for the top, but the base section can be printed as is with no support. I recommend PLA, 10% infill with .2 layer height. My Chiron came with the Y Axis belt with okay tension, but the stock metal one was pulled all the way back to the frame and therefore, was as tight as it would go. The belt was still a little loose for my liking so I designed a replacement belt tensioner. This was printed on my Anycubic Chrion & my Anycubic Vyper. PLA works fine but feel free to use other materials if you would like.

A filament guide utilizing a piece of bowden tube and a spare coupler (6mm or 10mm thread) to guide the filament in nicely from any angle! I adjusted the original desing to include a bigger opening that takes in the blowerfan and tighten the seal. Also after the steppers i have created a ramp down so the air still travels through the entire part. Removed text from the bottom so it can be generic for anyone to enjoy. As the hotbed cable dangerously moves above the rear right corner of printer, it could be damaged as many user badly experienced. I design this part as a tray where the cable can slide from end to end of the bed move. This solution have the advantage to keep a bigger ray than a cable chain, and so , to keep the wire good longer (i hope). Unscrew/screw and check the cable behaviour moving the bed. Handy extension for the LCD to have it more accessible off the frame. Designed to just clip into the extruded frame. option to fix the lcd to the mount i leave to you nut and bolt or a self tapping screw, i used a single screw to allow for some angular viewing adjustments.

This is a adapter plate I made for my Anycubic Chiron to fit the BigTreeTech Octopus. It will fit over the 4 post but the Left hand side will need stand offs to give it more support for the board. I added holes on the top, bottom, and left hand side for the wires to fit in. This isn't a flashy design but its functional. I hope you enjoy.

This OpenSCAD script generates a mostly equivalent blank plate for the Quick Fit Carriage System by lukie80. The dimensions came directly from Plate-Custom.stl. This is a Hemera upgrade set of parts for an ender 3 X carriage with a cable chain mount. It is designed around my Anycubic Chiron where the X Carriage was not made correctly and therefore could not be tightened onto the extrusion. THIS IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL BUT WORK IN PROGRESS ******Mount for the electronics needs to be tweaked (as I reused the stock heater the cable needs to be longer or mount moved. the space for the end-stop also needs a minor tweak. Anycubic Chiron - BMG Bondtech Direct drive - SUPER VOLCANO VERSION (MIRRORED) - support - BLTouch - E3D V6 There are holes for M2/M3 screws spaced to size for the BLTouch Behind the turbo fan, there is a guide for inserting the cables of the heat sensor and those of the turbo fan. It is easy to print this support for anycubic chiron, I used 5mm brim for the cooler without any support. For the main part I used a simple skirt.
