Hey from rainy germany, that's my custom made control box for the MKS Gen L + 3D Freunde MOSFET V2. You should use 2x 40mm fans in the front to get enough cooling.

I designed this control box case, because i wanted to reduce the control box fan noise replacing all stock fan with noctua fan. The original 60mm fan is 15 mm thick, but the noctua fan (A6X25 PWM) is 25 mm thick, so it's impossible to close the control box correctly and you need to print this control box case. You don't need any new screw, because everything is designed to fit with the original screws + screws in noctua package. With this download you'll have: - control box case - little feet...

This Control Box is a simple mod on the Black Widow control box that uses exiting Black Widow Control box parts of the Sides and the Smoked Clear Top panel. As this is a first run edition there may be some modifications you need to make to have it work for you. At this time I added 8 larger 4mm hex cap screws than the ones that came with the Black Widow Control box. If you have assembled the Black Widow Control box adding these parts will not be an issue. This is a work in progress, I currently...

Originally the control box of my Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2.1 was standing on its M3 screw heads. This led to very low grip between the table and the control box. So, I made this flexible feet that can be stuck on the screw heads. I used NinjaFlex filament.

This is a replacement for *base.stl* in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1957761/ that includes cutouts to reduce printing time and adds a spot for a marine screw terminal to be connected. It reduces the print time on my Black Widow from 24 hours to about 12. I recommend printing it in a strong PETG filament because it will not have as much inherent strength in the design. Will upload photos once it is printed.

**Update:** I am currently working on V2! V2 will feature hinges, magnet close instead of screw close, much easier access and an external LCD platform. I am gonna leave this one up, but I think V2 will be much more exciting ------------------------------ Yes, another one. This is my second stab at an integrated control board to sit under the TronXY X1. First version you can find here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2347275 For version 2 I wanted something that was A) easier to print B) easier to assemble C) looked nicer D) had a smaller footprint It now prints cleaner, needing less supports, and will take fewer total prints to finish. I widened the tolerance on the dovetails to make them snap together easier. There is also much more space behind the display...

Designed to allow you to mount the control box to the right hand side of your printer frame. Stops it being all annoying and hard to carry. To fit simply drill 2x holes in your frame (check your hardware clears the z axis moving parts). Ignore the MASSIVE holes in my picture - a littel confusion between radius and diameter! they are 5mm in the .stl file supplied. I have designed it to fix onto control box via the factory holes for the spool holder (I have these on my v1 duplicator). I've...

This is an optional board enclosure for Tevo Tarantula. This enclosure can house the motherboard, a cooling fan from 40mm to 60mm and a mosfet as shown in photos. other mosfet dont fit. Also, you need a large bed to print this enclosure (at least 200x220). There are two version for the enclosure, one with Tevo logo and the other don't have, your choice. You will need: - Hand tap m3x.5 - Flat head M3 90 degree countersunk screw for the cover Step files are included so remix/share/modify etc I...

Tevo Tarantula is an excellent 3D printer, but the power system is too simplistic and because of this the printer is difficult to move. First I made a box with two switches - power and an additional fan, but then I set the backlight of the nozzle and the buttons became three. Power goes through the HT60 connection. Fastening of a cover and a clip ХТ60 is carried out by screws 2.5 mm diameter. Spacer Plate needs to divide Control Box from bolts of Z axis wheels.

I originally printed these legs for the control box of my CR-10S S4: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3178556 but once you install them, it's best not to move it around because the legs are wobbly. So I created a bracket that can screw onto the legs (some drilling with a 2.5mm drill bit required) and reinforce everything. It's a simple bracket so please don't get too excited. You must use a 300x300 print volume printer as these supports are 275mm wide.

Although it's not totally sealed it could be used outdoors for low voltage projects. Ideal for weather sensors, outdoor lighting or ornamental features. My CR-10 Control Box does not sit level on my shelf and wobbles every time I hit the button, so I designed a shim to put under one of the feet. It should account for a ~0.75mm distance, and almost perfectly levels my printer control box. I printed it with the opening at the bottom and the point at the top. This allows it to not use any support. Finer layer height, smoother surface, better fit (I used .12mm). Depending on your overhangs, I had a little bit of filament that I needed to take off...

Edit : I've uploaded Fusion 360 files of the two boxes (lost the file of the third). Feel free to remix them as you see fit. I am not particularly fond of tight spaces and I particularly hate noise whenever I can avoid it. Things got especially tricky when I wanted to replace the PSU and the board, as I would have to mod the living hell out of the small control box. Since space next to the printer is not a problem for me, I decided to design a new, much larger control box for the Tevo Tornado....

This Ender 3 control box cover was my change to another design I printed. I wanted to be able to add a Pin 27 / EZOut board without making it a tight fit or bending pins and wires. There is a raised area over the location of the Pin 27 / EZOut board location to avoid any interference with the cover. With this part, there is not need to bend pins or cables to aid in or force safe fit. This part also aids in the longevity of your boards, connections, and cables by not placing any additional...

IMPORTANT: READ THE END OF THIS FOR SAFETY INFORMATION. Modification for the original Creality CR-10 control box; replaces the three loud fans inside with either one or two 120mm fans. Print 2 of these stands and fit either one or both with 120mm fans (no screws required). If you only fit one fan, I would recommend you fit the front stand with a fan blowing inwards so the air cools the power supply and goes up the box and cools both the circuit boards. I also wanted to add an automotive 24V to 12V regulator inside it so I can use one power source to do that and supply my 5W LASER module, a PC fan and some lights, as well as switching the power to my spindle motor. So I included switch cutouts for those too. The design here is what I came up with. The main box body is printed on its side to reduce support...

My control box would tip over occasionally when the filament would be wedged between the edge of the spool and the next layer. I have a standard Ikea office table. You should be able to scale it up or down if you table has similar dimensions.

here is a mount for a 40 x 40 x 10 Fan for the Ender 2 Control Box. I didn't like the mount provided by Creality, this is more stable and doesnt vibrate. I prefer Noctua for the silence and quality. http://a.co/iQrL63Z If you make please upload your photos! Comments always welcome.

Designed this originally for my FLSUN i3 as I only had the 3.2" mks touch screen and got annoyed that I could not change details settings such as extruder steps or Z offset without connecting a PC. After some research, i found out the Maker base L1.0 board and most other boards that I know of support both screens running simultaneously. I designed this control box so both screens can be used. I like using the touchscreen for its ease of use and wifi capability and the LCD for fine-tuning...

This is a simple gusseted wall mount for the control box that comes with most Creality printers. It is sized to fit the box somewhat snugly, although I used double sided tape to hold the box in place. You will need 2 of these, mounted at whatever distance apart you feel appropriate. The box is fairly light, so these should be more than robust enough. I can always modify the file and re-upload if anyone wants thicker gussets. They're currently .25" x .25" or 6.35x6.35mm. If the holes...

Remix of spaxi's CR-10 Fan Mod with feet. Because I needed just the feet (for better PSU airflow) I changed the STL to fit my needs. How is it mounted? 1. Remove the base plate. 2. Unscrew the rubber feet 3. Put the base plate together with a pair of the feet (front and back) on. 4. Screw them gently (eventually you will need washers in order to not crack the plastics). 5. Take the rubber feet and put them in the provided space. 6. Have fun!
