Improved version of ESP8266 NodeMcu v2 (1.0) DHT22 Case. Temperature accuracy is improved but bigger than original. Original has problem because sensor heated by ESP8266. It has the error about 7 degrees, now it has just about 1 degree. I tested at 20 degrees. (Celsius) The original design was nice, but everything was redesigned. The rounded bottom part is removed and designed to be printer friendly. I used some hot glue and dupont connector. See my pictures.

Based on the original cap (that houses gy-302 (lux) + sht3x (temp/hum). I ran out of sht3x chips, so i adjusted the layout to accommodate the use of DHT22. It's a tight fit. Additionally, i made a split at the top of the case to make wiring the motion sensor easier.

Remix where I slightly modified the section for the DHT22 sensor, moving it a bit away from the central body. I made a small box that fits a ESP8266 module from WEMOS and a DHT22 sensor. Can still be reset with a paperclip, and can be easily plugged in. Clicks shut, push in both buttons on the side to reopen.

Flat surface holder for the DHT-22 gas sensor. My sensor's PCB was ~13x28.5 mm; depending on the manufacturer, there can be small variations - try heating the holder a little and pull the legs into place for a good fit, if needed.

Because of it, that the most "things" for DHT22-sensor you get here are only for the module without a circuit board, I designed another case for it. I used a tolerance between bottom an top of 0,2mm so, if your printer is configured fine it should fit perfect. I made it for wall mount, but it should not be a big thing to create an little stand for it also.

Temperature sensor mount with radiation shield for sensors like BMP180, BME280, DHT11 and so on. First attach the base part to the wall or surface you want to mount the sensor. Then place sensor inside, may use some hot glue to fix it. Last step is to slide radiation shield over the base mount.

I needed a holder that took into account the circuit board and the jumper wire connector and used double sided tape to hold it in place. You could feasible use foam or some backer to hold it in as well. I used a .8mm nozzle with a .2 layer height and 1.6 shell thickness with a very low fan speed. I have also added the python script I use on my Raspberry Pi to trigger a switch via IFTTT. Measuring the power output of my old ferrarismeter using an ESP32, TRCT5000 pulse counter, ESPHome, and HomeAssistant. Additional sensors are a DHT-22 for humidity en temperature and a cheap PIR sensor for motion detection. The sum of all components together is roughly 10,- euros. This is my first try of an round case for my Wemos D1 mini. I just fixed it with hotglue and put a little capton tape between sensor an ESP8266. Model has 3 ventilation slits, a hole for reaching the reset button and 2 holes for screws on the bottom part. The top part holds by friction and you can turn the DHT22 in every position. Be sure to put your ESP8266 in sleep oder deepsleep mode. Otherwise it could became warm and gives you a little off temperatur readings from DHT22.
