Dillon RT1500 Vacuum Adapter I was not a fan of the standard rt1500 vacuum adapter and decided to create my own. To add more air flow to the vacuum there is also modified back with vent slots that allows more air to be drawn by the vacuum. I have found this helps prevent bogging issues with the vacuum. Dillon Powder Drop Seperator This sits on top of the Dillon powder drop. When pulling bullets it will allow you to easily separate projectiles out of the items. This version allows for the Dillon lid to be set on top of the powder drop when not in use.

These are tool head holders for wall mounting. I made these as an alternative for the slide in ones. These are easier to print as well. Works with the XL650/750 Tool heads. I made the screw holes to work with the 50lb plastic anchors screws from homedepot or lowes. (E-Z Ancor #25350) I'm using a 0.6 Nozzle and print time is about 3.5hrs per print. Suits Dillon small primer. A protective shield placed in front of and around the blue tip on the Dillon 1050 primer magazine tube prevents damaged or improperly seated primers in the slide from being drawn back and damaging the blue tip. Redesigned exhaust manifold that can be mounted with simple bolts and nuts without inserts. You'll need 2 M5 nuts and 2 M5x20 bolts or longer. One option allows mounting it on a Dillon 550 and has a slot for a toolhead pin. Also added a part that allows connecting a shop vac without an additional adapter if they use male hoses (like a Bucket Head vac)

This print replaces the Dillon XL650 primer catcher with a hose adapter. The inner diameter has been made large enough that if two primers were to drop at the same time that they can't bind and block up the tube. I use a clear vinyl tube with an inner diameter of 13 mm (approximately 0.5 inch). I've made a lid adapter as well (untested). Powder measure adjustment knob fits onto the Dillon Powder Bar Bolt (p/n:13943). The factory bolt requires a wrench when adjusting the amount of powder to dispense in your powder measure. This 3D printed knob allows you to hand adjust the powder volume without the need for tools.

This was designed to allow an Inline Fabrication Mirror to be mounted on the case feeder rim of Dillon 750. The version of the mirror I received wanted me to drill a 1/4" hole in my case feeder and I didn't want to do that. This is threaded for 1/4" 20 thread screw. I think that standard for all camera mounts, it also takes 2 M3 screws to hold it against the brim. You can use it to mount webcams and such as well if they take standard camera screws.

Clamping lock nut for the 13/16"-20 threads used by trim dies for the RT1500 and RT1200 trimmers from Dillon. Needs an M3 screw, the hole is threaded. I would increase walls to print this as a solid.

This is a simple little tool I use to stop my casefeeder on my Dillon 650 from dropping a case each time I work the handle. Along with the primer stop, it comes in handy during setup and adjustment. The little peg on it is for storing it nearby when not in use. See photos.

So I would not have to disassemble the clutch on my large pistol plate to install the washer when loading 300 blackout, I designed a spacer that would raise the large pistol plate. Just put it on the underside of the large pistol plate and place on the case feeder. I designed it for a 1/4 inch rise. I made it tight so it would not be loose when installed on the large pistol plate. I had to file the sides down some so it would fit. That way the only slop is where it fits on the case feeder....

Replacement part for Dillon XL650 Press. Reinforced with thicker walls. Locking lug for secure installation (insert & rotate to lock). Can be used as a temporary replacement for the genuine Delrin powder bar reset bushing, but probably not a permanent fix. Printed in both PLA and PETG so far, and ran 100 rounds through using it and seems to work fine.

I had issues with the 9mm/.38 Super caliber conversion for my casefeeder. Often times it would double feed or jam due to the additional height necessary for .38 Super. This is only high enough for 9mm. After desiging/printing/installing this, case misfeed, double feeds and lay down cases stopped. Looking at clearance on the case pusher shoe, this is as long as I can make it. But it should also help out with 380 as it does with 9mm. 38 Super is quite a bit longer than either 380 or 9mm.

Replaces Dillon Precision #18086. Automatic powder system failsafe rod bushing (white thing on the failsafe rod that sits atop the spring). This likely won't last forever if you print it from PLA because the original is Delrin but it's a quick fix until you can get a new one sent out.

I believe I got the original drawing from cconn0351, however it was designed for the Dillon XL650. On the Dillon XL750 the powder measure is angled more towards the wall and thus the tool holder must be extended to ensure the powder bar doesn’t hit the wall. I also added one large hole for the Body bushing and two small holes for the screws when using the Armanov toolhead. Printing: Print it upright with the bed as the wall. No supported needed. Infill 15%.
