V2: FAT & FLAT: This one requires no supports. Uses extra filament, but not enough to really matter. Also added new support inside the nozzle so it doesn't sag from the heat, or from poor bridging. Also cut away a bit of the nozzle to eliminate more overhang, and get the tip a bit further away from the extruder nozzle. After finding almost NO fans shrouds for the Anet E12, I decided to make my own. CR-10 fan shrouds don't fit (the nozzle is in the wrong place), and E10 shrouds are a little...

So, I was having lots of problems with my E12. So i decided to design an anti z wobble. It worked just fine! Installation is easy. You will need 2 bearings for the top part (extremo superion con rodamiento). For the file "EJE V3" you will need 8 screws longer and two linear bearings. and for the last file "a motor V3" you will need just 2 longer screws. Easy to assamble. look at my pics! Hope you enjoy them the way I do! www.instagram.com/ampi.3d

Design to improve the stiffeness of the frame for anet e12 and all printers that have the same size, If it changes the size, it will not worth it. EDIT: Version 3.1 has replaced the original. This is a better design with 2 points for the zip ties which stop it from wiggling. This is an add-on for the Anet E12 to support the heat bed cable. It removes the stress of the cable moving around from connector. This unit screws on to the where the bearing block is mounted. It should be noted that I used longer screws for this (M4x12) as it did not feel like the factory screws grabbed enough threads. This was designed with a slot for a 4" zip...

A simple strap for securing your Anet E12 or E16 frame to a flat surface. This was designed for using M6x1 SHCS or something similar. M6 was all I had laying around, and maybe a little too big for this job. Be careful not to over-tighten! Place directly over the feet if possible, to minimize chance of bending the frame

I don't know what this little thing called, so I'll just name it as Pheumatic connector gap holder. As I search over the net I do not find any stl for this little guy. Unfortunately, My printer didn't have this little thing in box, the my pheumatic connector's teeth keep scratching the tube and making it easily bite off the wall of the tube and for few times it got jammed. Thus I have to design this little thing and I think it would come in handy for others who may in need of this. the...

This is a quick redesign of the factory Z axis lead screw support bearing mount. This allows for the ability to add a pulley setup at the top of the lead screws to help keep your dual Z motors synchronized while making use of the factory parts from the Anet E12. This should work for any 2020/2040 extrusion-based printer with the same spacing as the Anet E12. I have now designed my own tensioner mechanism that you can find below. Other tensioners may work but mine is designed to work with the...

The original design is from MrCrankyface. I liked it, but i doesn't liked the idea to throw the original part away, because it looks much more solid. So I modified his design to keep the original part too. Additional I have remixed this design from Landies for a bigger srcew head. Due to some license stuff I am not allowed to publish this one. But his one will work fine too. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2811031

I remixed the design to work with the E12 and to improve upon it. 1. tightening only on one side of the belt can cause issues with turning the lead screws in opposite directions thus causing the heights to change from left to right, one will go up, and the other will go down. My design tightens on both sides of the timing belt. 2. Since mine tightens on both sides at once, it engages more of the teeth on the pulleys on the lead screws; this helps to make it possible to run off one z-axis...

This is a simple adjustable, clamping mount for an MGN12 linear rail. As I haven't yet finalized my plans for supporting the linear rails on my Anet E12 I went ahead and designed this mount so I could use the printer in the mean time. This places the end stop just 1mm above the MGN12 rail so it can trigger successfully from the MGN12H block. Originally I designed this to use some M2 screws to hold the limit switch but decided against it as it added too much height for how I wanted mine to work...

I got tired from my original bowden extruder and hot end of the E12 after getting clogged time after time, so I decided to upgrade to direct drive and V6 hot end! Since I already had the MGN12 linear rail installed, I've created this X-Carriage to support the stepper motor and new hot end. Plus, I decided I want to upgrade to auto bed leveling (FINALLY!), so I integrated a BLTouch mount. Stepper motor: 1. You will need to extend the stepper cable by approx. 400mm. 2. You will need to invert...

I am in the process of converting my Anet E12 from it's horribly flexible Y-axis linear rods to a pair of MGN12 linear rails and I didn't yet want to invest the money in a different Y carriage so I designed this little adapter plate to let me use the factory SCS8UU mounting holes. I used 4x M3x8mm screws to attach the adapter plate first to the MGN12H block. For the SCS8UU mounting holes I tapped them to M4 and used the factory screws to attach the Y carriage. I sanded my prints top and bottom...

If it's warm and uncomfortable down below, near the Hotend; so there is still space to accommodate upstairs As you can see, this works too. Sample pressure from PLA is being tested. Attention is only that the X-axis runs the other way, so invert! Otherwise, a fine thing on top. Use space where which is.
