am exploring a dual nozzle setup on the prusa mendel i2, the hotend mount was design with the V6 clone in mind. the carriage is a modified http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18657 just I have dabbed a little hot glue to hold the bearing in place rather than using bolts initial test are encouraging the nozzle height looks close just waiting on some cabling to extend the 2 nd extruder stepper. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zul7IGLDeX4

I created this because my layer cooling fan died on me and I didn't have another 5015 upright fan, but I had a 30mm flat fan. I couldn't find an existing adapter anywhere so here you are. There is a version 2 that I haven't printed yet. It has a beveled surface inside to help air flow down to the smaller opening for the fangs.

This is a fan duct for hotend cooling of my E3D china clone. Due to my own hotend adapter my hotend hangs a bit lower than with the standard direct extruder. I'm using a bowden extruder. Works with the standard xcarrige from www.the-sparklab.de.

Its E3D V6 Clone fan duct that will clip over the the cooling fins. It is for the Sunhokey Prusa i3 2015 printer. The original E3D fan ducts on thingiverse have a slightly smaller diameter for the cooling fins and as a result don't fit (find are ~25mm in diameter). Also seems to allow more flow than the previous one a downloaded as the air flow is less constricted in this model as these fans don't really make any pressure.

I got a GulfCoast Robotics all metal V6 hotend for my Anycubic i3 Mega, which I thought was similar enough to the E3D V6 that I could use steddyman's spacer. Not so! The pneumatic fitting for the bowden tube protrudes more on the GulfCoast V6 than on the E3D V6. So I created this spacer. It should position your GulfCoast Robotics V6 hotend at the same height as the stock Mega hotend. You will need longer M3 cap screws to install the spacer. I used 20mm long M3 screws, and they fit well. NOTE:...

Hotend mount to attach 5015 blower fan for Two Threes Sapphire Plus/Pro. E3D v6 type heatsink can be attached, allowing optional use of 5015 blower fan and 4020 blower fan. When attaching the 5015 blower fan on the right side, if you do not have a suitable bolt, you can attach it using a cable tie as a temporary measure.

This simple Fan duct is for using a V6 Hotend without any adaptors. You just have to adjust the screws of the z-stops for the shorter V6 Hotend. I recommend to print this like uploaded with supports outside the Airchannel, set support angle to 50° or lower.

I started with this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1632847 Which is very nicely designed but I needed some improvements. Firstly I wanted to have hotend closer to X carriage to extend my Y axis range. Secondly I saw some issues from part being cooled only from one side and different shapes of fan duct did not help so I designed double blower version. I tried also to add capatitive proximity sensor but in the end I decided to stick with manual bed leveling as it is for me no problem. For...

Summary I had put some effort into making my Maker Select v2.1 really quiet, and the 30mm fan that comes with V6 clones ruined that. Really wanted to put my 40mm Noctua on it and printed several of the designs on here and none of them worked for my setup. So, while I was inspired by some of the other fan ducts, I designed this one from scratch using Tinkercad:https://www.tinkercad.com/things/5CDhvbGpahL

The original design didn't quite work for me. Modifications are: - Added slots for M3 nuts for screwing base and clamp together (remix from #1296797) - In the original design the E3D V6 did wobble a bit because the fit is a bit loose. Made the holding mechanism fit perfectly for the E3D V6. Slot is now 6mm. The original design is only about 5.3 mm wide. - Moved the Y-axis insertion slot for the linear bearing 6 mm away from the center to make space for the screwable bowden tube adapter

This is a V6 Bowden style Hotend mounting bracket for cheep Prusa Clone printers, It works great I put a lot of thought in to the design. You can not mount your extruder motor to this as you can see in the picture it is set up so you can have a light weight carage. I left acess to the Bowden tube on the top of the mount for adressing clogs and mantanance on the fly. I put a lot of time in to this please comment if you think I can do anything to make it better.

A hot-end mount that allows you to attach and use an E3D V6 heatsink to your Two Threes Sapphier Plus/Pro printer. I created it for the purpose of using Mellow v6 type NF Zone hotend for Sapphire Plus. Designed a simple mount that can be used by simply replacing the genuine parts without any special occasions. Use bolts of appropriate size to attach the cooling fan. Find something that suits you and try it out. Enjoy.

The built-in fan-mount on the Sintron Kossel end-effector design was not that good. It was coming in the way of the diagonal rod-ends. Also, the draft from the fan was going all over the place, and cooling things that were not supposed to be cooled. However, this design turns out to be much better, as it mounts directly on the hot-end heat-sink. I was able to customize it, for a 30mm fan, and a heat-sink barrel diameter of 19.5mm (which is much smaller than the original E3D V6 hot-end, as this...

This is my take on e3d v6 heater block sleeve/sock. My very first attempt with casting silicone and very first 3d printed mould that I've designed by myself. I do realize that there are a few existing models on Thingiverse, I decided to make one myself as a challenge for both casting silicone and designing a mould in Fusion 360. It is also much cheaper (in the long run) and much more interesting to create your own silicone sleeves. It is compatible with the older version of genuine e3d v6 or...

This is an addition to mustcode's remix, which has two mounting holes in a different place due to the unique USB-C cable for the hotend on BIQU B1. I also added a cutout for the cable. The mounting plate between the stepper motor and extruder is now 1,5mm thinner, so i could use 35mm long screws and the output side is now closer to center (not perfect by any means, but better). mount for a E3D_V6 clone with original print cooling van for ender 3. you will need: - 2x M3x10 bolts (internal hex or flathead) - 2x M5X15 bolts - 2x M5 thread inserts after printing, insert thread inserts with a soldring iron and debur the two holes on the backside so they slide on the carrage nicely. i printed PETG, it works fine but i would recomend ABS since ABS has a higer friction level witch prevents rotation of the hotend. see image for print orentation.

Designed this about 3 months Ago, Design is thoroughly tested, over 50 hours. Print Thin Back Plate use as a pattern and make Metal back plate. Sandwich between Rear Body and Bearing Slides. Without it tightening screws makes bearings bind. I printed with Nylon but PTEG or ABS will probably work Fine and may not need Back Plate. Moves Print head very close to Slides and Positioned Bed Sensor next to Head for Precise leveling. To use rear wire guide you have to thru tap bearing holder threads....

This is a 40mm fan duct for the popular j head hotend. Check the dimensions of the part as j heads come in different sizes. May even fit e3d v6 but i haven't tried it on one. Prints in 2 hours

Black Hole Effector Update: 6.7.19: Further tidying of the models: -Main body improved for ease of construction and strength -30mm fan cover is... better -Volcano riser is also... better - Screw your old metal plate to is and glue the whole to the bottom of your hot end... or if you use longer screws, with a bit of fiddling, the screws will hold to the outside of the body. -Models and images update to suit -Some real piccies added (of the original prototype) Update: 2.7.19: Yes I can't leave...

I like this carriage a lot but I noticed that the wall next to the BLTouch mount was directing a ton of air from the heat sink fan toward the bed, so I removed it. While I was at it I got carried away and took out the 40mm fan mount so the 30mm fan that clips to the V6 heatsink can be used instead. I also integrated some 5mm spacers into one of the files so you can use a BMG extruder.

Here's a V6 hot end X carrier for the TronXY X5S on X linear rails. I tried the KISS principle, so it uses the stock blue ABL sensor and the fan that comes with the V6 or clone hot end. The radial blower is mounted on the back to keep it out of sight, and it's height can be adjusted. This is a re-mix of parts found on here and Yeggi - I don't have links to the originals, but will try to add them. This is the proto-type and is still evolving... I'm working on a sensor mount that can also mount...

** UPDATE 20. October ** New enforced and remodeled mount uploaded :-) Print on the side for best result ** UPDATE 15. september ** Wait to print this.
