I've already looked for such a case here on Thingiverse but unfortunately couldn't find one, so I simply designed one myself. It is a housing for one of the cheap ESP-01 Relays which you can buy on Ebay or amazon. Since I am still a beginner with 3d printing, it took a while until I got a good result. (Seen here in blue.) The housing has a lid which can be clicked onto it. Printing: ESP-01 Relay Lid , 100% Infill needed, no supports. ESP-01 Relay Box , 25% Infill , supports for the Cable Holes.

This is a DIN Rail mount for an ESP 01(S) including the standard relay module for it. Depending on how the print comes out, this will either tightly fit or the module can slide out itself. However, you will always be able to align it on the right side, so once mounted even a loose fit should not be a problem. Supports from the print bed are required.

I am making a garland with 8 lines by 35 LEDs (WS2812) driven by ESP8266 (ESP01) with Alex Gyver's firmware. See https://alexgyver.ru/ It is hanging on PVC window frame with special holders. My super simple version of HexaLeaf/NanoLeaf lamp. Printed with PLA at 0.2 layer height. No support, No brim. A little cap to protect an ESP-01's antenna, and also block the light from the LED. Prevents wild LED strobing during the night when lots of them are around, waking up from deep sleep regularly. I've noticed the board width can vary a bit, so it might not fit your ESP-01 thr first try. This one is designed for 14.6mm wide boards with a semi-tight fit.
