This allows you to not need a screw and nut for the guide bearing. Also you don't need to print the inner bearing ring. Works with metal extruder upgrade.

This has a bit thicker sides which make it easier to install and easier to print. I printed at 102% since the original is a little tight. Seems to fit snug and is working fine for me.

Flatter pivot part so it's easier to print with ABS. Bigger contact patch so there is more friction and less likely to pivot inadvertently. Print with no supports, but with bridging on.

This mounts your filament sensor up higher and acts as a filament guide. I was having issues with retraction when the sensor was mounted to the bottom roller. This keeps the filament from retracting back into the one way sensor. I suggest printing with PETG for heat resistance and a little bit of flex. Required: Two M3 nuts Two M3 Screws Filament sensor

This is a shorter version of this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4847434 This also puts the filament sensor above the shaft instead of below, and it pulls it in closer for use in an enclosure. It also keeps the angle from becoming to extreme when printing at the top of the build range. I suggest using this with this mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4848527
