Designed to cover up the cables on my Ender 5 Plus. The corner pieces should be printed as-is! The 'normal'/straight covers without angle can be resized to whatever length you need. To cover up a whole inner Z-axis profile on the Ender 5 Plus I needed two corners and the straight cover with a length of 437mm. Print top-down -> no supports required.

Summary I needed a way to secure the USB cable plugged into the front of the printer. It's far to easy to get a print aborted via OctoPrint if the cable accidentally gets pulled out or bumped. A simple Ender series LCD Cover. No supports/glue needed. Printing orientation is as shown in the picture. It can be a one-piece design but I really don't like to print flat things with supports, that would be really painful to remove them. This mount allows you to install the awesome case made by JimbalNy. I installed it on my Ender 5 Plus, but it should work on the CR 10S PRO V1 or V2. It uses the same bolts mentioned. If you want to have things more secure, I recommend using two metal inserts for the base, as seen in the picture.

When I was trying to replace stock extruder for Ender 5 Pro with Dual Gear Mk8 one it happen the step motor pin is to short to properly mount new gear when original mount is used. So I had to create my own one. Rear strain relief for cabling to print head. I have a top cover on my ender 5 plus that prevents using the other snap-on strain relievers I'd seen. Also, I've been trying to design things that don't require any assembly. For this one, align the t-nut and gently twist to the right. I'd recommend waiting until the print is good and cool before you use the part.

Strain relief for the Ender 5 heat bed wires. Mounted to the carriage using M4x12 or M3x12 + nut. ---- ## 23.2.2019 Version 2 To avoid too much bending the wires if you level up and down higher than normal, i made some changes: * 5mm more distance from bed. * Larger radius. * Only one cable tie. More than +-5mm should now be possible without problems.

I have many tools, but there was no real good place on the ender-5 to mount one of the many existing toolbars on thingiverse. A led bar for the ender-5. Because i needed a good light to watch my printer via cam, i decided to use some led-stripes. But on the ender-5 its not so easy to mount them without blending myself if watching directly. So i made a led bar with a bezel on the topside. You can place 2 stripes with 25cm length. To print it on your Ender-5 you have to reduce the 'Skirt Distance' from 5mm to 1mm. Use dark filament for printing to avoid blending. Additional material: 2x Screws M3x15 2x T-Nuts...

I always watched a little wobble on the right side where the body only touches the aluminium plane. This wobble was also transfered up to the part fan. And i think every free wobbeling part on a fast moving printer head may possible reduce the print quality, especially if i print with higher speed. My Ender 5 has near the position of the right strut a 3,2mm slot. So i made a little modification, allowing to fix the construction also on this side with 2 additional screws. You need 2 M3x8mm...

I wanted to work alternate with the magnetic or with a glass build plate. This spacer helps to reduce the level work. This small spacer can screwed onto the spacer-screw of the ender 5 if changing to a thicker glass build plate. To avoid loosing this small thingi, i added a tab to hang it on the screw if not used. It should be customizable, but the customizer works not for me, so i could not test it. IMPORTANT: Never make autohome with installed glas plate! I think cracking glass would not...

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4128372 which is a USB holder to be mounted in the end of a V-slot rail. However my Ender-5 Plus does not expose any such ends and I was reluctant to remove one of the existing covers. So I combined the USB holder cup with a V-slot clip from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3361395 into a new holder that clips on the side :-)
