While his is designed for use with a stock hotend or a direct fit upgrade like a Microswiss, this is offset to allow it to fit with the ZestyTech Sidewinder V2 mount for an E3D V6 hotend. I did a remix of the Ender 5 plus hemera mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4026886. but found that the nozzle was sitting higher then the wheel on the rail making it impossible to level. so I lowered the mount holes by 3mm and that gave me plenty of clearance. i also removed the IR probe mount as I didn't need it

This is part for anyone running a Linear Rail on 2020 extrusion. I had printed a rail stop to stop the carriage from going off the rail. However, on VERY large 350x350 prints, I found that the bowden and or wires may snag on the end of the rail due to the square face. The updated end-rail stop prevents that. Fully tested. F360 attached for your modding pleasure.

BMG-m Mosquito mount for the ender 5 plus. If your printer uses the same carriage plate that the ender 5 plus does then this should work for you too. This uses the stock BLtouch mount and you can use the stock 40mm fan but if you want the cooling fan you'll need a 5015 blower (I have not done any flow analysis of the cooling ducts). I made this print to mount a bltouch on my Ender 5+ after accidentally destroying the original bracket. Two M3 screw inserts are required for this print (I use M3 * 4 * 5). Adding a couple washers are also useful. I recommend printing this in PLA with 100% infill, as stiffness of this part is important Stiffness of this part is important. Updated light bars and support to fit Ender 5 with other mods. These use 24 V LED strips. The amazon link is attached in the documentation. The supports attach to the 2020 extrusion with bolts and t-nuts. I used 4M x 6mm or 8mm bolts and drop in hammer head t-nuts. The LED strip slide into the channel in the light bar and the light bar snaps into the supports. I wired the LEDs directly to the 24V power supply.

Original is by Hangtight, on the Ender 5 plus the location on this very nice design smacks the Bl touch on the Z rails when homing, this moves it out of the way but you still will need to change offsets to avoid hitting it on the left hand side Z rods, I did this in the starting gcode in the slicer, yours will likely be different. With the spacer on the sensor it is a good fit for the e3d Volcano, without the spacer (from the original design) should fit a normal v6.

This is an external mount for the 500W Meanwell power supply ( RSP-500-24 ) that comes with the Ender 5 Plus. It consists of a top cover, bottom cover, and power switch/plug holder with a cover. The power switch/plug holder uses the existing power switch and power plug insert and is designed to be used with heat insert screw holders (M3 sized).

Hello all out there, Here is a big decorative cornet bracket for ender 5 plus printer (or other large printer) I don't know if its useful, but it fill the empty side of the printer. Size 200*200 mm with 50mm clearance. This thing could be used either for a shelf. You will need 4* M4* 10 and the corresponding T-nuts. Designed this small plate to fix the filament runout sensor. The small arm within the sensor misaligns continually when I load new filament. Add this to the back of the filament runout sensor to stop this from happening.
